Dolcetto Patisserie & Cafe

We ordered a wedding croquembouche, it turned out spectacular and the taste was exquisite. Hefty profiteroles with silky smooth custard cream filling and crunchy caramel exterior. Looked great in photos too.

Called in this morning for a coffe for the first time the staff were very pleasant, the coffee was the best I have had in a long time, then too top it off there pastries looked amazing so decided to get a vanilla slice which are my favourite not found a good one yet since moving to aus 10yrs ago, but my god there vanilla slice are amazing, definitely going back, amazing little place

We just ordered a Toffee Croque em Bouche which was amazing! Everyone loves the presentation, and the taste was to live for.
The quality was top notch and we will be purchasing another cake next month, this time a St Honoré Torte! Thank you for your excellent service and product.

The Toffee Croquembouche Tower was soooo good. It presented beautifully and the guests were happy to taste something way different to the usual cakes.

I indulged in a delectable chocolate cake perched atop a luscious strawberry. The flavor was a perfect balance of moderate chocolate and creamy goodness, resulting in one of the most delicious cakes I've ever had the pleasure of tasting. It was an absolute treat for my taste buds! I WILL COME BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN ️

You simply cannot go past Dolcetto for special occasion cakes! 5 stars for amazing service, price and taste!

Last year they made a cannoli basket for my 40th and this year I ordered their red velvet cake for my daughter's first birthday. Both desserts were absolutely delicious! My daughter's red velvet cake was so moist and all my guests loved it.

Great Patisserie, we got one of their amazing Cannoli Towers as a non-traditional (and great value) wedding cake. It looked amazing and a big hit, perfect for a cocktail reception.

They even dropped it off at the venue for us on the day, thanks so much!

Joe is an absolute legend. He handled the wedding cake for our big day and did a fantastic job. Not only did it look amazing it was backed up by the taste.

Joe made 150 cannoli, a cake, and then delivered and constructed the finished product at the wedding venue.

Ordered takeaway coffees & a lemon meringue tart last weekend. Service was quick & owner was friendly. Wouldn’t say the same about the staffs working there, seem to rush customers so they can close up for the day & mind you it was around 2: 30 when we pick up our takeaway.

Have ordered their tiramisu cake a few times for birthday celebration. Loved it every single time. Mind you they do ask for a deposit when ordering their cake.

Croquembouche is delightful and a big 60pc tower stands out to make an event even more special. The quality here is A1 - love it. My wedding guests have since request the details for this team.

Writing this review wasn't easy for me because I purchased a special request cake from this business before where I specified that I wanted the Chocolate Torte cake to be thoroughly infused with real rum which I must say was the best cake I had ever tasted. Unfortunately this time when I ordered on the 11/2/2022 with pick up on the 12th the same type of cake from this business again I did NOT get the cake that I ordered especially made with the rum! NO RUM in the cake at all! After cutting and serving pieces to my wife and friend of what was meant to be my wife's favourite Birthday cake was a complete disaster and disappointment to her and myself! What I can't and won't understand is why my instructions were not followed after I was told they would include the rum through the cake as I had it before. I would have paid more to have it included for goodness sake. All they had to do was let me know! To late to return it now it's been partially eaten. SO DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS BUSINESS NOW!

UPDATE TO MY REVIEW. Ok everyone I have called Angela (OWNER) today 22/2/2022 in response to her reply to my review regarding my great disappointment of my cake. After having a very pleasant and constructive discussion Angela was MOST aplologetic for the stuff up and really wanted to make it up to me for their mistake that was made. The two things that I REALLY respect and admire the most Is when a person or business accepts responsibility for their mistakes and offers to make things right to retain good relations.

Collected son in laws 50th birthday cake this morning at short notice. Awesome service and the cake was delicious. Have to add that their Cannoli is the the best. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

OMG! Thank you so much for the beautiful cake you created for our daughters 50th birthday celebration on 4th December. Delicious. Also the 2 small cakes for our twin grandaughters celebrating their burthday on the same day. Highly recommend these amazing people

Had a chai latte and chocolate pudding to go and they were fantastic. The chai latte was not overly sweet which is very rare. My 3 year old loved the chocolate pudding. The young lady who served me was really friendly and smiling (it’s getting harder to find staff who actually smiles with the customers these days)
