Dolce & Salato

I've only been here once but the service and food is second to none, think I might have to come again.

Honestly could not complain about a single thing at this Cafe. Fresh food, REAL gelato + in house made orange juice!

Just visited for the first time Dolce & Salato in Fremantle to order a cake. I was absolutely impressed with the amazing customer service I received from Emmanuel. His professionalism, friendly persona and genuine interest in assisting me to choose a birthday cake was so refreshing. Unfortunately, such wonderful customer service is rare nowadays. Thank you Emmanuel.

No wonder this restaurant was full of customers for a traditional Italian breakfast. Cosy aircon, clean and nice environment. Most of all the staffs are friendly, and the Italian foods are good too. I enjoyed the breakfast with a glass of Long Macchiato. I waited untill most outdoor customers are gone before I took the photo. What a long wait, haha.

Was not what I had expected! After shopping in Fremantle I thought it would be great to pop in and grab some pizza.how disappointing! The food looked like it was 2 days old and we were told impatiently that there is no more pizza.now don't get me wrong I do generally love this place.hopefully this was a once off.and by the way if the owner is reading this tell your staff to wears masks.thanks.

Very disappointed at one worker she raised her voice at me and I ask for a glass cup but she gave me a plastic cup and I said it was not a glass cup and she said it is so I said no it is not and she said she knew English but she really does not

This is the best place to go to in Fremantle if you want to truley have a taste of Italy. Dolce & Salato take no half measures in service, food and coffee they give only the very best. Dolce & Salato management and staff need to be congratulated for giving total customer satisfaction and I would highly recommend them, a cut way above the rest.

My son shouted me a coffee and more. What a selection of delicious cakes. This place is wonderful. Coffee good, cakes fabulous and to top it all the service was warm and personal. We visit this shopping centre for regular op shop drops and ALDI but now we are ruined having discovered another reason to go there. Oh and the selection of ice creams is excellent. So count us as regulars.

I was very disappointed when I picked up my cake at South Fremantle Dolce & Salato. When I initially picked up the cake the finish product was sloppy. They agreed to fix it and had to return second time to pick up the cake. When serving to my guests it had so much butter cream and icing it was like eating a tub of butter. I felt embarrassed serving it to my guests which they left most of the cake on their plates. When I contacted the owner I was told not to return to their shop. Very unprofessional.

Wonderful vanilla slice. Really delicious. Such a huge portion! Can’t fault it at all.
I also had a hot chocolate. Not the best hot chocolate I’ve ever had. But nice enough. Again generous sizing.

Beautiful place with delicious ice cream and cakes. Very friendly staff. Most helpful to visitors. Worth a visit.

I am a regular customer here but after the way I was spoken to by PENNY I will not be returning, extremely rude needs a lesson in customer service. On a plus my coffee was nice shame it will be the last one I get.

We waited for 10min and nobody even acknowledged our presence. We were even told to move away from the till. We ended up leaving without ordering.

Had a beautiful Ham & cheese croissant & hubby had a mushroom aranchini ball. Both delightful.

Absolutely amazing food! I had organised a Melbourne Cup Day function and nothing disappointed our guest! I highly recommend going to Dolce and Salato!

Lovely desserts and service but please coffee needs to be stronger! Was really weak milky flat white.

If you're looking for coffee, this is about as close as it gets, to the typical Italian coffee place. Great coffee, Italian vibes - Grazie per il cappuccio più buono in Australia.
