Very happy with the service here. Dr Low was friendly and efficient in treating my two young children, and explained the treatments and next steps clearly.

My previous doctor had closed shop and retired. I did try these big "medical centres" and found them a bit too impersonal for my liking. I prefer a practice where at least there's consistency in care and medical practitioners without finding a change of staff from one month to the next.

I must say Doctor Northbridge fits the bill for me. A small practice, not treated like a number and an approachable and knowledgeable doctor. I was quite impressed. What impressed me MORE than the physician was his receptionist; she was polite, well mannered and seemed to take pride and joy in her role. It seems like a good set up, centrally located, wasn't a problem finding parking and what impressed me most was that it's open 7 days a week. Hope the doctor (s) don't burn themselves out.

Dr Low is one of a kind. His clinic is A grade with easy access, comfortable waiting room, super friendly receptionists, and an excellent GP service. Dr Low cares and always has time to listen to my concerns. I recommend him to all my friends and family!

I had such a positive and helpful experience here, would highly recommend! I was able to book an appointment on a Sunday as I had deteriorated over the weekend and was in need of one before Monday. Dr Low and his receptionist provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere and deliver the most efficient patient-centred care. Will certainly return here in the future!

Dr Low is a great doctor, takes his time with his patients to understand them, very caring and extremely knowledgeable and professional.

The doctor was very friendly and took the time to inspect my torn Achilles tendon and explain the procedure going forward. The receptionist was also friendly and welcoming.

I have been to many GPs in Australia and I can confirm that this is the best GP consultation I have had so far. From receptionist to the doctor, everything was beyond expectation. Super friendly and comforting as it should be. I will 100% recommend everyone to visit Doctor Northbridge. I visited them for my gastro issues and i’m feeling much better now. Doctor low has a very positive attitude and he took the time to explain me everything that I needed to do. Also booking with them was super easy. This is definitely going to be my permanent GP consultation for any health related issues.

Been seeing Dr. Yoon Low for a few years now since 2020, he was working at Northbridge Medical Centre.

He is very professional, friendly & always ask how are things going, which is a good sign to make sure your mental health is good.
