DNK Cupcakes

Don’t know what happen but the cupcake just wasn’t good been there so many times and look forward to the cupcakes but they just were not good it’s a shame

Would have walked away if I wasn’t buying cupcakes for my daughter. Customer service was non existent.

Cupcakes were very moist. We proceeded to order some for our daughter’s 17th, everyone enjoyed these cupcakes so much, Will be back

Very unimpressive customer service.
The staff picked up and handed the cupcake with bare hand.
It was definitely not a freshly made cupcake, must be at least three days old and hard icing.

I was so excited to try these cupcakes so I went ahead and got it from Fremantle markets. The customer service came off as rude and disrespectful as the lady serving me seemed uninterested and did not make me feel welcomed. The cupcakes itself were quite dry and salty and the icing was far too sweet. The cupcakes were not worth the price I paid for them. Overall I did not have a pleasant experience with the owner nor the cupcakes. Glad to say that i will not be returning here!

The cupcakes were very dry and had what seemed like mold the frosting was far too sweet and liquidy would not recommend

These cakes are cute but unpleasant. The chocolate cake tastes worse than cheap mudcake from Coles. Strangest of all is that the cakes are actually sort of salty - try eating them without the icing and their unpleasant flavour really shows through. The icing isn't anything special either.

Customer service was fantastic and the cupcakes were exceptional. SO beautiful. I will definitely be ordering from DNK Cupcakes again. Thank you to the team for such great service.

Incredibly unprofessional after placing several calls and an enquiry through the website managed to place my order after over a week and a half of being blatantly ignored, only to receive no confirmation and invoice via email as promised and after further persistence attempting to get information resorted to placing an order with another company. Customer service is completely nonexistent. Only rating 1 star because zero is not possible.

Ordered from the UK online, these very beautiful cupcakes were delivered to my daughter in Perth, Australia the very next day.very impressed and so was my daughter who said they were really good cakes and made her day) One very happy customer who will be back for more)
