It is quite sad, I broke my DJI osmo 3 just more than 1 month I bought it in Nov 2023. And without a carefresh package. I called in store for information about repair and a quote as I expected to pay. The store in Perth does not know how much it is going to cost, they said they have to send my osmo to repair center over east to repair and I will have to cover the cost of shipping if they are not able to fix it or it might be too expensive.
I later called Melbourne and Sydney store to find out more information. The Sydney store did not do the repair but they still give me a roughly cost of labour and parts then direct me to Melbourne store. The Melbourne store is more helpful, gave me a roughly cost for the repair and for what to expect and show me how to apply for repair on D1store.com.au/repair website.
I am a long term client, I bought the Drone air 2, Osmo pocket 2 and paid $1200 for the pro package on osmo 3, I would expect the same support everywhere in the country. Perth store should do better to match Sydney and Melbourne. They could have just give the repair center a call to find out instead of me doing it, but they left me in the dark.
We crashed our drone while on holiday in Broome and needed an urgent replacement. DJI Perth was so incredibly helpful - we had our new drone and we’ were on our way in three days

The pesky staff at the desk said they are not DJI they are ‘drone 1’ or something? What the. Didn’t have a DJI case or extra DJI battery I wanted. Don’t waste your time going here. They are only interested in selling stuff you are not looking for. Pre-order only so… just same as ordering online.
I bought the tello dji drone, was served by Jarrod, and few other staff, they were very informative on which drones I needed, also have me a good deal! 100% shoping here again.keep up the good work guys

We have bought a few things from DJI in the past and have been happy with the products. We only went into the store to pick up a gimble I ordered but Martin was so helpful we left with even more equipment that we are excited to try.
His product knowledge was great and helped me make a decision after many days of research. It’s nice knowing he uses the same DJI equipment in his videography endeavours and could share his experiences on how he uses the products, with some additional tips. Thank you Martin, very happy and we will be back.
The 2 guys were very unhelpful. They told me to un install the DJI app and after I couldn't reinstall it and they didn't know why. They told me to wait some weeks and see if after I was able to reinstall it. Also one of them wrote down my email to contact me and he never did it. And he told me I could repair my drone in any store worldwide and its false, as you just have warranty in the country you buy the drone. Now I am in Europe, without the app and with a drone that needs to be repaired and I will have to pay for it even if it's under warranty. Thanks guys
Good little store, very friendly team that manages it, would recommend the drive down to pay them a visit, the boys were very helpful and knowledgeable.
Rang D1 monday morning and selected #1 for tech help. No answer, just hung up. Rang again, same outcome.
Rang at 3: 50pm, selected #2 and got a recorded msg advising it was out of hours.
After receiving an explanation (below) from this company I have attended the store and found the staff most helpful and deserving of the positive reviews posted and 5 stars.
The telco company involved should be given only one star.
Magnificent company and communication is well beyond normal, extremely happy with how they handled the matter and now received the Drone which has been repaired. Best service and extremely professional, this must be the most advanced Drone company on the planet, cant wait to fly my Mavic air again
