4 As a registered doula, Kara was an amazing support to me and my husband for the birth of our first child. I felt so well supported throughout the entire duration of my pregnancy, from her pre natal visits all way through to the final hour of his birth and beyond. With an envisaged homebirth, Kara spent in excess of 26 hours supporting me through my labour, which ended in a hospital transfer due to prolonged first stage. Her professional and knowledgable support remained steadfast throughout the changing motions of the event and in the words of my dear husband "No amount of money could thank Kara enough for all she did for us. " Even though there was meconium in the waters, Kara was able to curate my placenta with traditional Chinese herbal methods in order to make it consumable within the capsules. They have been an incredible supplement to aid me through the fourth trimester and every time I felt anxious or emotional, I would take a top up of the capsules and they helped me rebalance. My milk has also flowed really well whilst taking the capsules, which has been a blessing.
I am so grateful to Kara for all that she has done for our small family and I highly recommend her services for anyone travelling on their journey to motherhood.

Kara was really accomodating and umderstanding. She promptly collected my placenta and personally delivered the capsules, mothers broth and placenta prints within 24 hours of birth. The capsules and mothers broth was an amazing support during my post natal period.
When I first contemplated having my placenta encapsulated, I did quite a bit of research into it before I started making phone calls.
When i spoke with Kara, not only did she answer all my silly questions, she made me feel very comfortable and accomodated any/all requests.
