63Good park. Clean facilities. Bus right outside to take you to Freemantle, or drive and park at Cockburn Central rail station for Perth.
Whilst the park grounds are lovely and the proximity to Fremantle is great, unfortunately that’s all we found to be worthy of positive feedback. The cabin accommodation was very run down and smelly. There were torn chairs, lights that didn’t work, and there was a particularly nasty, musty kind of smell. The female staff we interacted with were fairly unwelcoming, however there was a man who was quite friendly. I don’t think we’d stay here again.
Sewage smells late at night from nearby Woodman point water treatment plant. Supposed to go on for next 6 months. Phew. Edit: September 2018, smell should have gone by now.
