Discount Vitamins Watertown

The young boy working in there made me feel uncomfortable every time I went in the shop this year (3 times) and today when I bought protein for over 100$ and I saw it 10% cheaper, with a free gift and free delivery on the website he didnt even gave me the discount OR a damn plastic shaker after I purchased in store! No refund either. Very disappointed in the "customer service"

Well informed lad helped me out in picking a power after telling him what sort of problems I'd had with other brands. Better customer service than most other supplement stores I've been to and not too for from work, so I'll definitely be making this a preferred place grab a product I need!

Happily bought stuff from here before, but went for some creatine and I couldn't find any there.

Called ahead to ensure products were in stock, arrived an hour later most of the products were not in stock. What was in stock was more expensive than other stores.

We went in not knowing what brand of pre workout to buy. The manager there Shaun went through the trouble of picking 3 different brands and explaining the pros and cons of each. We ended up buying 2 of the best. Awesome service and so polite. We will strongly recommend to our friends. Thanks, Shaun!

Vitamins for all. Great selection, almost too much. Just buy the most trusted and you're set unless you want to experiment or on a budget

Shocking after sales service! Bought a Big Bottle on 20 September, noticed there is a leak from the seam, called the store - not interested in replacing the bottle - $29! Water bottle! Basically told, too bad so sad! Also told I can contact manufacturer directly - absolute lack of interest - sale done, couldn't care less after. Guess this is one store we WON'T visit again!

Clearly says the shop shuts at 5: 00pm!

Got there at 4: 54 to be greeted by the "Manager" who shouted at me from the counter sorry we're shut! I told her I just needed some pre-workout as I was doing the city/surf next morning. I told her the time was 4: 54 to which she replied "tills shut @ 4: 50. Having worked in retail for many years this is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard.

I walked out and as I was passing she was shaking her head as if I'd done something wrong. I walked back in and confronted her to which she then replied "you don't have to be so rude".

For a manger to act in such a manner is totally unexceptable!
