You know it’s a terrible pharmacy when the patient knows more about the drugs than the bloody staff do. “It only comes in this strength” - don’t say stuff you don’t know. Tall male Caucasian pharmacy assistant needs a hell of a lot more training before doing his job. Terrible service to top it all off. Wouldn’t trust the staff there for my pharmaceutical needs. Thank god I know better. Don’t go.

Been here a few times and finally realised they’re are massively overpriced! These were for prescription meds. Very shocked - not coming back.

Just walked here after a long day at work to drop some parcels off but they closed even though they should be open.

One the female staff at the counter was giving me a rude and condescending attitude when I was asking her for help. So I went to Woolworth instead and found the same medication for half the price. Why would anyone even come here?

Bad customer service and charge you even double price than other. And once you discover and wish to exchange the medicine with purches receipt they refuse to exchange. Very disgraceful. Very bad behaviour too. Worst experience. Guys think twice before buying anything from this place. If can you can avoide.not recomended at all. Also they cannot find your prescription on their system often.

Been going here for years. Staff have always been friendly and helpful, and I have had 0 issues with prescriptions on file (in spite of the fact that I share a name with someone else who also keeps their prescription on file)

Disgraceful - I can deal with the average service and staff who clearly don’t want to be there but stating “I find it suspicious that your previous purchase doesn’t appear on the system” is a direct insinuation that I either am using cold and flu tablets illegally or abusing them. Don’t apply your pathetic ability to judge to me just because your “system” isn’t accurate because that statement when overheard by other customers is defamation which is also the reason I’m not naming the female in question.

All reviews I've read of this place are crooked lies. They charged me $14.99c for a simple panadol forte scrip compared to Cannington Chemist Warehouse's $5.50c for the same thing. Will never feed these rip offs again.

Very nice and friendly staff, the server gave me the best price and directions of what I needed.

I was told I can bring in the box of my medication with the repeats label on it when ever I needed it, but when i went in (in agonizing pain) they told me they can not do it and that the prescription record is not on the system, it says there are 3 more repeats on their own sticker on the medication box. These guys are clearly up to something, by law they need to keep the records for a minimum of 2 years, they claim they only keep it for 1 year. Im guessing just like the rest of the dodgy ones out there they use peoples prescriptions to manipulate the system to supply medication to people without having to go to the doctors.

All the staffs in this store are very cooperative. They match the price of prescription medicine from other store.
