The wonderful receptionist (Kansas) that help me chose my white desk and was very accommodating and really knowledgeable on the companies products. I am really happy with the quality of the white desk I purchased. And when we went to pick it up, they had taken it out of the flat pack and put it together for me. How lovely.

(This Review Has Been Changed) Very helpful customer service, I had initially had trouble figuring out how to put the desk together due to the instructions not matching the product, so Direct Office Furniture contacted me and arranged for an assembly team to come to my address the very next morning first thing and put it together, illy walked me through what went wrong and fixed the desk for me, extremely happy with the service, highly recommend getting the assembly if you are unsure!

Needed a few items very urgently and they have helped me receive and collect those items in a timely manner. High recommended. I was in contact with Jake, and he was very helpful and was great with communications especially for sorting next day delivery.

We ordered 5 desks from these guys and they were made and delivered on time within 2 weeks. They were made to order and the cherry laminate matched well with out existing desks. They were one of the only places we could find that made 2400mm wide corner desks and could match the cherry colour. The price was good too.

We also then ordered a boardroom table on short notice due to an unexpected client meeting. They were able to deliver the next day, however some parts were missing. They were able to deliver the missing parts that evening and even helped put it together. It would good that they took responsibility for the issue and sorted it out for us.

The main thing that could be improved would be some basic printed instructions for putting the furniture together. We ended up putting it together fine in the end, but there were a few times where things could be put together multiple ways and the correct way wasn't obvious until later on in the process, requiring some disassembly and reassembly, making it take longer than it should have.

But overall very good and we would use them again.

Surprisingly and unfortunately disappointed, I recently had to purchase an overhead hutch for a fire station. After reading all of the great reviews I chose Direct Office as we weren’t on a tight timeline, but did need the hutch to set up a new office in a timely manner. 4.5 weeks and multiple phone calls later it finally showed up, unfortunately it wasn’t even assembled as advertised and there are not even basic instructions for assembly. There was no specification for a flat pack by us in the order process. I dont normally write reviews, however as it is in such stark contrast to others experience, I felt I should.

Very helpful staff, Jake especially was quick with responding to any emails or questions. The Installers were efficient & friendly! Our office desk looks great.

Wow. Here's a business who knows that service is the key to success. Jake was highly responsive, knowledgeable and exudes a refreshing customer-first philosophy. I didn't get any other quotes because he absolutely deserved my order for a standing desk with a custom-made top.

I visited Direct Office Furniture after being frustrated trying to return a faulty height adjustable desk delivered by Office Works. Probably the worst after sales service I've experienced.

The receptionist at Direct Office Furniture introduced me to Jake who gave me his full attention. Jake guided me to the right desk in a warehouse style display area.

Direct Office Furniture import the frame, but manufacture the desktop locally so you get to choose not only colour/finish, you also can choose location of the cable hole to suit your home office set up.

Jake arranged delivery and the desk arrived ahead of the scheduled delivery date. He even called one week later to make sure everything was OK.

Relaxed and attentive staff, good product and price, great after sales service. DOF now my go to for office furniture/accessories.

Awesome service from Direct Office Furniture. Initially enquired about stock for two electric office desks. Was told there was a 6 week lead time but they suggested an alternative model that was in stock. They even customised the desk top to the colour I wanted and cut out a space for a monitor arm. They delivered late on Friday so I could set up desks over the weekend ready to work from home on the following Monday. Definitely will order from them again.

Very disappointed with my experience dealing with this company. Order was placed online then contacted to say it was out of stock and would be approx 2 weeks wait. Was offered an alternative chair and told it would be delivered in 3 working days. 5 working days later still no chair.sent email requesting refund and magically the chair had arrived the previous day and they would deliver immediately. Hopefully my experience is not the norm but I will be very hesitant to use Direct Office again. The only positive thing I have from this is my dealings with John who finally sorted it. Many thanks to him.

From the first phone call with Jake requesting assistance with finding a custom size home office desk, drawers and chair to 5 days later having it installed in my home for a minimal fee.
