Prompt and friendly service, had a technician out within 2 hours of calling. Helped problem solve and talk through the issues with my washing machine, dryer and oven. Excellent job, highly recommend!

Got my Breville coffee machine repaired here. The shop is difficult to spot due to lack of signage. Friendly and professional service however thought the repair bill was a little pricy. It cost me just over $300 all up, considering the price to replace it.

My coffee machine went to these people came back with no grinder guts went back again came back 2nd time and grinder tamper fell out onto tray before store could return it. 10 weeks later got credit from extended warranty company. Never again

I wish I saw the reviews as well before using.
We took our breville coffee machine in for inability to hold the water pressure. They replaced the seals and serviced the machine, it took 3 to 4 weeks and $290.
We brought the breville home and couldn't adjust grinder on the first use. We took it back and they forgot a screw or it came loose, they said they wouldn't charge us for that.very kind.
Now after having the machine for a week we have noticed from the first try the steam wand doesn't have much pressure, takes three times as long to heat and froth milk. Called to discuss, not helpful. Technician saying that's a new problem, stating we can bring it back for further services. I explained that wasnt a issue before they serviced it. Technician not understanding this and saying wand is probably blocked which it isn't, or dial not on steam and half on hot water. Ended phone call and will go else where.
Dismissive and frustrating to deal with, don't waste your time and money.

Just picked up my Saeco coffee machine from this place, they broke the steam knob, and said these things can happen and they couldn't get one in Australia.total cost $314.65.wouldn't even take a skate board to these people much less a coffee machine.

Had my breville coffee machine repaired here. The staff and service was fantastic. Prompt. Helpful, and the job was done in a few days. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Unsure why my review disappeared.
AVOID this company.
Sharlaton behaviour. Tried to sell O-rings the same price as an entire new unit including the O-rings.

Charged me $15 for a 5g tube of lubricant which was USED and nearly empty tube was so old even the plastic of the tube was split at the back so greese came from split rather than nozzle.

Family business, but clearly the son is depressed, the father (owner) threw his phone at him and used expletives in front of a customer.

Highly unprofessional, so your selves a favour and avoid. Wish I read the reviews of this company before trying to use them.

Great service, part needed for Breville dual boiler arrived the day after I ordered it. Need an extra part to complete the repair and the guys were more than obliging and helped out. Much appreciated and thanks.

I will not recommend this company to anyone! 3 and a half weeks with my coffee machine and not one call from them with an update. The end price was crazy! They used every excuse as to why the machine hadn’t been looked at.

Took my coffee machine here to get fixed, 1 month later i'm told $400 said no thanks, they rang me and explained why so i thought what else can i do. "Go on fix it then". Another month passes i ring again no one really knows whats going on (because the owner whom I had spoken too hadn't relayed the go ahead to his technician) but suddenly i'm told its ready. So I drive the 30 kms to pick it up, the price has now jumped to $550, I'm told something else needed repairing, some ceramic collar.get it home. Not even been looked at. Take it back, the guy who works on em comes out, "No I haven't worked on that". There was another 1 identical apparently that he'd fixed, turns out I was billed for the other identical machine. Takes mine out the back 10 mins later comes out fixed. Could I be bothered arguing. NO! Do yourself a favor avoid this shop like the plague, the place is an absolute shambles and will rip you off in a heartbeat.

I took my Kitchenaid stand mixer for repairs on 4 January 2019. When I had not had any advice on progress by early February I phoned to check what was happening. After being put on hold for a lengthy period I was given a quote for the repairs which I agreed to. After another 3 or 4 weeks when I had heard nothing more I phoned again and after a further long period on hold was told there was a lengthy delay for parts. The person I spoke to said she would speak to the technician and call me back. I received no call back. I went to the business as this seemed the only way to get any response. I found that the parts would not be available until April or May. While the delay with getting parts is not necessarily the fault of the business the extremely poor communication was very fraustrating. I will not proceed with the repairs or use the business again.

If I could give a zero star rating I would. This mob, as the nominated warranty repairer for WAHL clippers in WA, provided absolutely no service and the appliance was never repaired after spending weeks in their shop. We had no call to advise of the nature of the problem. No call to advise when it would be fixed. No call to update on progress. We made every call to follow up and each time were met with indifferent staff who clearly didn't have any interest in assisting. They had the audacity to charge us $55.00, which we paid, to look at the clipper just to be treated with complete contempt. They blamed the delay on the fact that WAHL would not respond to their requests for information/parts? ! Really? ! My next stop will be to WAHL Australia to get to the bottom of why the manufacturers only authorised warranty repairer in Perth has no line of communication with WAHL. Don't waste your time dealing with this business.

Took my lavazza coffee machine in to get repair, which was still under warranty. It took them 5 months to fix it and heaps of phone calls and them not knowing what’s happened. If I was never take anything to them. The worst service

My expectations were exceeded. My old coffee machine seemed to have given up on life until Nino worked his magic and I now have caffeine back in my life! This is the second time I've used Direct Appliance Repair and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again Nino!

After fixing my coffee machine with these guys, I found out that they fix washing machines too
I called them and my Bosch washing machine was fixed on the spot. Very happy:)

*** Update direct appliances after asking me to take this review down 'fixed' the mixer at the assessment cost of $55. Go to use it for the first time today since picking it up. Surprise surprise does not work. Same fault not fixed. Avoid using this company at all costs. Glad i left my review for you to see.

Poor service and turn around time on assessment of broken appliance. Did not disclose assessment cost on drop off. Would not recommend this company.

This company tried to pressure me three times to get a full service on my machine, when I only wanted one seal fixed. They made it clear to me before they'd even seen the machine that they didn't want to open it for less than $150 in fees. When I got my machine back they hadnt even fixed the faulty seal and said "Machine is faulty I wouldn't use it if I was you" and gave me a receipt saying they take no responsibility if anything goes wrong with it. Sure enough get it home and it doesn't even work anymore when all that was wrong was a leaky seal. The technician was very rude to me when I picked it up. I would avoid this company at all costs, I wish I had read a review like this before I went in there. If they are trying to pressure you to "get a full service" then they are just trying to get more money off you for something you don't need and will probably break your machine out of spite when you don't agree to the extra repairs. They are like dodgy mechanics. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
EDIT a few hours after leaving this review someone called me to hassle me about the fact I left this review, not to say "So sorry you had a terrible time with our company we'll fix that for you no problems maam. " no they called to say "YOU'RE WRONG WE DIDN'T EVEN LOOK INSIDE YOUR COFFEE MACHINE SO HOW COULD WE HAVE BROKEN IT? ! " They admitted they didn't even look at the leaky seal, just took one look at the machine, deduced it was a very specific fault and how much it would cost and again tried to get $300 out of me and when they failed to get more money out of me (again!) then did nothing and handed back my machine in worse condition than when it entered their shop. If you are wary of dodgy tradesman I'd avoid this place at all costs. And everyone else beware if you leave an honest review expect them to publish your name on the internet. *APPLAUSE FOR THAT ONE GUYS* Abominable customer service.
