My fiance and her sister took their mum to Dion to find a mother of the bride dress for our wedding. They passed this message on to me:

We just wanted to say a very special thank you to Isabella! She was so lovely and gentle mannered but very professional and knowledgeable which we found to be so refreshing as we haven’t always had such luck with dress places in the past. My mum was about to walk out with nothing as she hadn’t found anything that made her glow, but Isabella pulled out a show stopper which put a smile on my mum's face for the first time! She listened to what my mum felt when trying on these dresses and found the perfect one for her, and as a result, she said yes to the dress ️

Emily is a SAINT! I'm sure I was not the easiest bride to work with as I'm horrible at making decisions, but she saw me through two long appointments, and never once lost her patience or positive disposition. She and all of the other lovely members of staff were so kind and understanding, and even stayed behind well after the shop had closed in order to make sure that I was 100% happy with my decision. The very definition of great customer service-I can't thank them enough for all of their help!

Had a great experience at Dion for Brides this morning looking for a ball dress with my daughter. The store has a great selection of dresses to try on and Fleur was delightful, patient and knowlegable in helping my daughter find the perfect ball dress.

All the ladies here were so friendly, especially Danielle. We originally came in for bridesmaid dresses, but they were so friendly and accommodating that when the bride saw a dress she wanted to try on, they were more than happy for her to. Danielle took the time to listen to what my friend wanted, did not rush her, was not pushy, and most importantly found her an amazing dress. Thank you.

Rushed experience, did not take bride's preferences into account and guests who accompanied bride were treated rudely

Absolutely miles better than any other dress shop we went to looking for a wedding dress. All the dresses are high quality and perfect condition, the staff are extremely helpful, and the store is beautiful. This should be anyones first stop for finding the perfect dress.

Loved Andy! Not being a ‘typical size 8’ girl made me apprehensive of the beautiful store, with most gowns looking to be for a model size figure to me. However Andy didn’t make me feel unwelcomed at all! She provided great reassurance there would be styles I liked and I could fit into. She was knowledgeable and helped create a great atmosphere. Would definitely recommend!

Wasn't a warm welcome when first got there. However, the lady that assisted me with the dresses was amazing and had great service. There is a variety of good quality dresses for everyone, I highly recommend.
