A continuing story with this store - My experience with this store has continued t0 be horrible. I purchased a dress that when it arrived was way too large. I am in the US so aside from the purchase the shipping to return added $70 to the cost. They refused to give me a refund, despite my attempts to work with them in a reasonable and ethical manner. If you are an international customer, stay away from them. They are rigid, not timely in their responses, and in general not a store I would ever purchase anything from again. They are all about ambiance and not the customer.

Despite numerous e-mails to return an item, I have been ignored. This is extremely poor customer service. I will not purchase from them again, despite having lovely clothes.

Dilettante is probably my favourite store in Perth. They have a generous selection of international brands, brands exclusive to them. They also stock my favourite jewellery line in which I am able to order special pieces on demand. Highly recommended.

Blonde lady that served me was very rude. Didn’t greet me upon arrival and just stared at me up and down. Very unprofessional, overpriced as it is regardless of the poor customer service.

Very good selection of brands and one of the few places in Australia that stock ME by Issey Miyake and Baserange - two of my favourite labels. I also like that you have loyalty rewards. I'll be back for sure.
