Find staff a bit arrogant and try to unsell to most expensive item. Also was given bad advice/told my chrome cast would work on any WiFi network, like hotspot rather than.you need a broadband connection for this to work. Not exactly clear and not everyone has broadband.

I was holidaying in Esperance and couldn't open Adobe Premiere due to a couple of corrupt files. Dropped the laptop off and it was fixed within two hours. Great service by Alex and only cost $25. Highly recommend.

Dick’s Electronics helped me recover some video footage from a sd card that had water damage which I thought was destroyed. They quickly managed to recover the videos and copied them onto a new memory card for me. Massive thanks for the friendly and fast service, highly recommended.

Unhelpful had to get my phone fixed by the lady in woolworths who isn't a local after they could not fix it, very very disappointing for a local business
