58I been there many times but every time I find the worst customer service by the receptionist.doctors are good but receptionist always mess up with the appointment wrong timing always tell me to wait at least 45 minutes really bad experience would not even 1 star
Amazing practice, the doctor I saw really listened and had actual compassion for my concerns and made a plan to get me the treatment I needed - A+ care
The staff and doctors here are very professional and demonstrate a high level of care, I feel lucky to be a client at this great family clinic
My family & I have been dealing with Dr Coventry for about 28 years. Following her to different practices.
She is the most empathetic, kind, understanding, professional & knowledgeable GP I have ever met. She listens & always offers several solutions if possible. She never rushes you no matter how far over time she is. She follows up on everything, makes sure she has all facts, figures, results etc ready to discuss. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for an exemplary GP and all round lovely person.

Had an appointment book 7: 45am via Health engine app. The policy in an app said appointment fee was $89. I was on my way to the practice and 10min prior my booking reception called me saying the appointment cost is $100 because it is an early appointment. Nothing mentioned on the app! So I feel like they just wanted to get extra $$$ and they are calling people at such short notice so to make sure you will come. Thanks for wasting my time. I am never coming. Your stinginess cost you a patient.
BEWARE!
They don't bulk bill children.
They don't let you know this either until after your appointment.

Update after reading response.
I wasn't notified when making the appointment which was obviously a mistake by the reception was unaware that children were charged for appointments as this was the first time it had happened.
Ever since coming to this clinic I have always found staff to be friendly and helpful. I am particularly lucky to have Dr Banerjee caring for my health - thoughout the up and downs of getting older, Dr Bannerjee is always calm and cheerful and a wonderful doctor. Her attitude makes my concerns disappear.thank you all and most especially, Dr Bannerjee.
Terrible service, no information received about follow ups or being told everything is ok, very poor and unprofessional. Don’t go.
This brilliant medical centre has been keeping me alive for the past 47 years.and you can't get a better recommendation than that!
I called them to ask the GP fees and they told me $85. I double checked when I got there, they said $85. After seeing the doctor, they charged me $130 for a "long" appointment, which is supposed to be anything above 15 minutes. No one told me that even after asking twice. The doctor was good though, the only star goes for him as I'd put 0 to the clinic that charged me almost double.
Today I had an amazing consult with Dr Zaheer. He is an amazing asset for your clinic. He listens, is empathetic, is professional and makes sure you know that you're in good hands. He is a great asset for the community and wish him the best in his journey.

The staff attitude was uncomfortable when she told me that I had to send a month ago receipt by email as a proof if I don't want to double pay without please or sorry for inconvenience. And she said I'm the only one who's complaining.
I'm complaining about customer service.
It's your job to help patients pay their bills after treatment, and if you lost my bill after the system shut down, it's your job.
Not my excuse.
She could ask me kindly.
And also I don't understand that when I asked her where’s sorry or please, she answered with complaining to me that her situation was stressful after the system turned down.
Why should I know how stressful it was for her even though she don't want to admit that she wasted my time on their system being turned off and it's stressful to me now as well?
Reception staff were very welcoming and efficient. Always feel the reception staff take to time and effort into listening and understanding the needs of their patient's
I have had an amazing experience with the doctors and the professional staff at this practice. I will continue to attend as I feel heard and respected.
I have twice made an appointment and twice I’ve been dismissed without this ‘doctor’ listening to my needs.
I ended up in emergency on the first visit.
Let’s see what happens after this second televisit.

Recently moved to the area and wanted to find a new practice. I called up to book in for my annual Pap smear which I wanted to combine with a suspected UTI infection- I was told over the phone this is not possible as we do not give one appointment slots to two separate medical conditions! Mind boggling! I’m more then sure this is the same area of concern! Just feeling really strange, let down and shocked at how dismissive they were to woman’s health! Will not be booking a appointment here in the future!
Moved recently to this clinic as I live nearby. Saw one doctor, then I was given referrals for tests, came back to see other doctor, as the first one left for a month or so. The worst treatment ever, bullying, separation and diminishing. They sent me outside the building as I could not produce double vax cert. The Doctor called me and we had telephone appointment instead of f2f, in my car, next to the clinic. She was rude and not professional. I asked for my test results and she printed them. I was not allowed inside because I was not double vaxed, so I was standing outside the glass entrance door.noone came out. After few reminders and standing outside of the glass entrance door, because they did not want me in, i came in and said I want my test results. They sent me out again. A receptionist came out with papers. She said she would give me my test results after I pay. I asked how I can pay if they don't allow me inside. They said call us. I was standing in front of the glass entrance door and calling them to pay and looking at them. Noone picked up the phone. I came inside to the reception. I asked to pay, they handed in the machine, but a manager, a very angry woman in mask, yelling and pointing finger at my face rocked in. She was very angry and yelled at me. The receptionist girls were scared of her (manager) and took the machine from me again. To cut the story short, I never felt as down and disrespected as at that place at that time.
By the way, they don'y bulk bill. For the telephone conversation from my car, all the humiliation I paid 80 dollars out of which medicare covers half. Not coming back.
It was extremely busy, from the moment I got there the staff couldn’t be more pleasant & kind, thank you for your smiling faces.
Dr Teo uncaring. Did not even make promised call to follow up person in crisis which could have been catastrophic to a fragile person.
Such an amazing place with excellent staff and services. Thank you to the team for being so friendly and professional. The facilities are fantastic and I would highly recommend this surgery. Keep up the excellent work guys and thank you for always being so welcoming/
