Great place, great open minded and down to earth people and teachings
This is a wonderful lay Buddhist centre with an open, friendly group. They provide information and guided meditation sessions. It's a great place to come to learn more about Buddhism, about your mind and to start meditating.
Very welcoming. Great chance to take time to look at how your mind works and how meditation can enable inner freedom.

Of the most complete teachings on mind there is. I have not found a more well rounded, all inclusive source of information than here. Every time I come, I learn more and more.and I love the meditation!
