I’ve been at Diamond dance for a couple months and I’m so glad that I’ve started! Supportive teachers and environment. Was nervous to start but everyone has been so welcoming. Couldn’t recommend them enough

Joining Diamond Dance is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made! Changing studios was nerve wracking after having pole danced for a while, but everyone at Diamond has welcomed me with open arms since I started late 2022. I have learnt an incredible amount about my body, correct muscle engagement, and how to develop my skills in flexibility and conditioning. The standard of teaching at Diamond is insanely high, with all the instructors being very knowledgable, while also being encouraging and kind. Jacinta has really created a studio that empowers women, encouraging body confidence and self confidence while also embracing sisterhood and what it means to be a woman. So glad I found Diamond Dance and can’t wait to see how I grow here as a pole dancer!:)

After a loooong 10 and over years break from pole dancing, Diamond Dance was the obvious choice! Amazing team, girl power to the fullest, great variety and choice of classes, flexible payment plans.the list goes on and on! Joining Diamond Dance is so much better than joining a gym. It is such a supportive and positive environment for all women by promoting body positivity and body confidence. Pole dancing is a fantastic sport as it not only focuses on strength but coordination, flexibility and memory. Since joining I feel more confident and happy both physically and mentally with my body thanks to the lovely and supportive instructors at Diamond Dance.

You walk into a lovely and slightly crazy team who love dancing on poles and teaching everyone else how to! They'll push you to go harder and get stronger just the right amount to make you want to keep coming back.

More than just a dance studio, it’s a community:) I started as an absolute beginner with zero upper body strength and now I can do things I used to believe would be impossible for me! All the instructors are super knowledgeable. You’ll learn to dance but also to believe in yourself. Everyone is so supportive and classes are always fun. Common side effect is increased confidence!

As a middle aged, over weight lady I was very very very nervous to go to Pole classes, but was something I wanted to do for many years. I seen an advertisement on Facebook for a trial at diamond dance. I mustered the courage to purchase the trial. I’m so glad that I did, the instructors and other participants were fabulous they made me feel like I’d been there for years, even with a very low level of fitness I was encouraged, empowered and celebrated. I reached goals I never expected, had the most fun iv ever had in any for of exercise. It’s more that an exercise class, it’s like having lots of sisters who want the best for you and they support you every step of the way! I have no anxiety to go to these classes! In fact they make me feel amazing

Joining Diamond Dance a few years ago was very scary! I don't like "gyms" and I hate exercise. I also had very weak wrists and was very scared I'd hurt myself badly and not be able to work as I am a typist. But my wrists have just gotten stronger and now I'm not worried about even hurting them anymore. The instructors always make sure any issues you might have are always taken into account.

At Diamond Dance, I get to exercise without it feeling like hard work or exercise and I have noticed that I feel more confident in myself and my body. I don't have time for anyone who doesn't uplift me anymore! Everyone, instructors and other students, uplift and empower each other during classes and even out of class which is so awesome! I've made some amazing friends at Diamond Dance!

So if you want to exercise in the most fun, sexy way, ever and also meet a tribe of amazing women, Diamond Dance is the place for you! Come to the shiny side!:)

I thank the pole gods for bringing Diamond Dance into my life! I came from another studio with low confidence in my abilities, within a term l was doing things I would never have believed I could do. The instructors care about you and your progress and even when attempting something scary you know that you can trust them to catch you
