DHL Express

Ok only gets 3 stars because my parcel got to me, after a way longer wait than i was told and then alot of stress when my parcell was given to an "unknown" third party to finish the delivery. About 4 emails later and i found out they had it sent with some other courier from the drop point in AU to my actuall adress.

Was greeted by Deborah with a bright smile and cheerful personality. Return process was quick and easy. Was worth the drive for the excellent service. Thank you Deborah.

Just sat on my parcel for a week. Finally, I had to collect it and arrange a collection from head office.

Staff were smiley and very friendly. Fast and quick process. No fussy requirements for a parcel I had to return.

The lady that helped me this afternoon was terrific. She was friendly, efficient, helpful and polite.

Completely frustrated, provided accurate address, shipper shipped to address, DHL delivery driver failed to deliver to apartment complex and marked address undeliverable and no follow up, Australia Post manage to do it DHL failed to deliver and returned to sender in USA. Upshot $329 for present and no present at Xmas, DHL driver incompetent to deliver and package nowhere to be found. Recommend highly use any other service.

The lady who assisted me was very helpful she understood my needs and helped accommodate me.

Very frustrating! My shipment is expected to be delivered on 1/12, it arrived at my local DHL sort facility on 26/11, and has been inactive since. I made contact with DHL on 1/12, and now I am still waiting for them to find my shipment after 5 days since the first contact. You should do better DHL!

Friendly staff, great service, all the way from initial contact to complete business account setup and from driver picking up aswell, thanks made it easy

Beyond useless, Krystal and Renee were awesome but the company must pressure their contractors because they do the wrong thing all the time. Sorry Anna you work for fwits.

I ordered shoes to come to my address but they never came my tracking app shows that they are 7 hours away from me and they haven’t moved for 4 days now.

We had need to expedite documents from Perth to the Philippines in approximately a weeks time. We drove from Safety Bay to Perth Airport and ultimately to DHL. The Service was professional and excellent. Fees were reasonable based on the availability of international travel. We were given an estimate of when our documents would arrive and our documents arrived precisely as estimated. Parking was limited but easy access. A little tricky to find the location but once you find it you are generally in and out in short order.

I had a fantastic experience with DHL, especially this branch.

I sure hope that DHL staff at Perth Airport read these reviews. Sure - it's expensive.
But this is a classic example of paying $$ to get get good service. I hate it when people pay cheap and then complain!

The only thing I could mark these guys down on is the fact that in WA there seems to be only one parcel drop off. That said, the staff member that served me was quick, efficient, polite. The job got done and there were no problems at all.

Went there to pick up a parcel for the first time. Couple of minutes inside to open the locker and get my parcel. Seamless.

Also they updated the receiving address to the airport pickup after a mistake from the sender. Very helpful.

The perth DHL express is all the time in short of 25 kilo box, they should make all the choices available being the international courier service company.
The staffs here are not very friendly. We don’t get rooms to adjust the parcel even it has lot of rooms.

Hours of waiting. Customer service very poor. Staffs talking in between themselves and taking long to attend others waiting in queue.

Best delivery service in Perth, their representative Elizabeth Kiernan was very helpful when delivering my parcel as specifically requested. Thank you Elizabeth for your professionalism and thank you DHL
