While I couldn't find specific customer reviews on their website, while on our hunt for the perfect place, their promise to "wow customers" says a lot about their dedication to making us happy.

What I love most is how they feel like real homes. The bedrooms are incredibly spacious, and the living areas are roomy, giving us plenty of opportunity to relax and enjoy the comfort of home, even in an apartment.

The attention they give to design and craftsmanship is quite special. It's not just about living somewhere; it's about living somewhere that feels like it was made just for you.

I cannot thank John and his team enough for their tremendous hard work during probably the most difficult and challenging time in the building industry in Australia. Sanctuary is an amazing piece of art and it is now truly my sanctuary. I cannot imagine how much pressure John was under in the past 3 years and I really admire his courage and professionalism. John is also a meticulous developer and builder. He inspected every little detail of my apartment with me on the inspection day and I think the developer doing the inspection himself is probably unheard of? ! Sylvianna is also a pleasure to deal with. Her emails were always informative and prompt. I collected my keys from her and once again, I was very impressed with her attention to detail. I will highly recommend DevelopWise to everybody. Their next project Oasis is coming up and I am confident that it is going to be another masterpiece! All the best guys! Once again, thank you:)!

Cynthia Khoo, the property manager, is very professional and responsive. She helped us find the property we wanted. When is time to move, she also tried to find us another suitable property with our needs in mind.

I highly recommend that you contact her if you are searching for a property to rent or looking for a property manager to manage your property. She mediated fairly between our negotiations with the owner because she has a good understanding of the needs of both parties.

From the first time I met John he has been totally professional and very easy to talk to.
