I have never used a private Town Planner before.what a GREAT first time experience! I had a very tricky issue with a local government planning department. I was recommended Daniel @ Developed by my surveyor.

Don’t use them, if you do you will be up for repeated corrections, there is no quality control, we had to go back to them 3 times and point out their mistakes and this was on the most simple easement drawings. Then they refused to give us a a copy of the final drawing after so many long delays and repeated excuses. Very expensive for such lazy work. Don’t touch them with a barge poll you’ll regret it!

I used Developed to demolish a residential property and subdivide into three green title lots. I live overseas so relied on Developed to manage everything on my behalf. They were quite incredible always on top of things, providing specific information about what I needed to do and by when, and were always planning one step ahead. They made it incredibly easy for me to manage something which is complex enough if you are close by and understand the rules and regulations, but even harder to do remotely.

I really could not recommend them enough. The project went exactly to plan, everything was done and done properly first time every time, and I never had to follow up. I had full confidence that they were working in my best interests and they were genuine professionals who I enjoyed working with.
