The management team is very experienced, and is sensitive to both our interests as owners but - and this is important to us - the team is sensitive to the legitimate needs of those who are renting our properties. That is, the management team is both managing our properties effectively and for our benefit but also ensuring that this is happening in an ethical manner.
The team is very responsive to any queries we have in relation to the state of the properties and for any other reason. This is especially important as one of the houses is our home, that we have rented out for several years while working or living overseas or elsewhere in Australia. Very easy to recommend Michael! He's professional, well-connected to buyers and other agents, his attention to detail is fantastic and nothing is trouble. Also a really lovely and genuine fellow. Michael sold our Freo place quickly for a price that we were delighted with. He knows his stuff - we'd definitely use his service again, also the dealings with DG support staff (specifically Katrina) was really good. Made moving which is stressful at the best of times a much easier process.

Have recently ended a 3 year tenancy with Dethridge Groves. They have easily been the best real estate company we have ever rented a house through. Our landlord Leanne was always very responsive whenever we had issues with the property and rent inspections always went smoothly and could be easily rescheduled if needed. The end of lease process was easy and had no issues getting our full bond back.

Would highly recommend using Dethridge Groves if you're looking for a place to rent or if you have property to lease. Very professional and friendly and treated you like one of their own.
