I've been visiting this place for multiple beauty treatments for around one year, I cannot be more happier with all the results. Now I am doing the Forma teatment which is amasing, nothing to complain or fault about this place, Tania and all the ladies are a sweethearts, Tania will explain evetything to you and clarify everything before the start, and she will always come and check on you. It was really harsh to see some reviews about this place, there is always a form to complete that will be sent to you to fill, be genuine and mention all your health and skin issues so you do not need to face any issues, also I will mention read the terms and conditions of Scoopon and of dermal beauty. I am a very happy customer and I recommend this place.

I wished I had of taken notice of the reviews that indicated this business is a rip off, because they are. Products they used damaged my skin (super sensitive and told them I have auto immune conditions). Wasn't till driving home my skin started to feel on fire, the next day red and damaged. Oh and I prepaid $500 for more treatments. I called on Monday of course closed, Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday finally Friday the owner say "our refund policy says we don't refund". I said the ACCC says you can't use that term to a consumer, I want my $500 back. Guess what she's not returning my money. But I can have other treatments - are you serious you took zero care with my skin why would I come back. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!

Dermal Beauty has the most up to date treatments and the most options I’ve ever come across at a beauticians. Tanya is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in providing guidance to the right treatment and all her staff have been friendly and professional whenever I have had any treatments. The products used are of the very best quality and feel amazing on your skin. For anyone looking to freshen up your look, get healthier skin and want to make a change from your normal routine, or in my case try and look a little youthful, Dermal Beauty is the place to go.

Worst ever service.
Reacted to the treatment and they won’t refund my prepaid $500 for 2 more treatments.
Consumer Protection says you can’t not refund someone’s money. So unprofessional is this business, no apologies no offer to help.

Received my first of 3 thread-lifts carried out by the lovely Kiah. She was very knowledgeable about the product and I felt relaxed and at ease during the treatment. Looking forward to the remaining 2 treatments. I've also got my eye on some other services that I'm keen to try. Very clean environment. Highly recommend a visit.

I have visited Dermal Beauty a few times now for HIFU. The team are so friendly and welcoming. Tanya is a very gentle and caring person if I have any questions during my treatment she is always helpful and obliging. This is definitely a treatment I will continue to have done.
My results have been so great that on a recent trip to Adelaide to visit family I was flooded with compliments and my sisters all wanted to know what I had done, I then told them all about HIFU.
I don’t often spend money on myself but the whole experience from start to finish is worth every penny! I wouldn’t hesitate for a second recommending Tanya and her team at Dermal Beauty.

I visited Dermal Beauty to be greeted by my lovely therapist Tanya. Tanya had a few minutes spare so she sat down with me and explained all about the procedure, what to expect and what products she would recommend to support my treatment that day. (No pressure to purchase) Tanya is very knowledgeable about the beauty profession, she also told me a few random things which I didn't know which was amusing. Tanya has a beautiful disposition about her and immediately I felt I was in good hands. Look forward to my next session.

I booked in for threading promotion which was advertised at either $199 or $299, I couldn’t remember which so I rang them the day before to confirm how money I needed to bring and they said $560! I notice they’ve taken down all their advertisements for that particular promotion too even though they have others still advertised. I’d already paid a deposit and arranged for a day off work for this treatment. Why not just be honest with your customers in your advertisements? What a mean thing to do to people who are looking forward to getting their treatment and made arrangements to do so. I’m glad I rang to check otherwise it would have been very embarrassing
