The service provided by the whole team at DLS has been incredible! From my initial enquiry for a service visit through to very prompt and efficient on site repair, everyone was amazing - kept me updated all along the way, with immediate responses to emails and phone calls. Plus there was very little wait time for a service (all done within one day of confirming the booking).
DLS definitely took the frustration out of having a broken washing machine and I appreciate it very much.

The technicians who delivered/installed/removed the old machine were really excellent. They were friendly, quick, thorough and went the extra mile. They swept behind the washing machines, installed it quickly, were friendly, and overall did a wonderful job. They even put a load of towels in the wash on their way out after installing the machine!

We were really impressed and it was really wonderful to have such a great experience, with a team who went the extra mile throughout the entire process. We will be back in contact when our next machine breaks!

We had Dale Curran the NSW/ACT rep drop by this week and what great timing! We have a large commercial washer & dryer that have been faulting and have not been able to find a secure area serviceman. Dale not only hunted down a local guy to service the machines but will able to supply parts needed! 10/10 service thanks Dale!

We had an issue with a washer in our salon in the week leading up to Christmas. Even though it's extremely busy this time of year, Sam and his team were able get us back on track quickly and with a minimum of fuss. Absolutely Outstanding Service!
I had been waiting for Richard Jay to arrange a part for the last 14 months and it has been nothing but a clear demonstration of absolute incompetence not to mention a repair bill of $1100.00.
I contacted Dependable Laundry Solutions and dealt with Dale who could not do enough to resolve the issue. Chad was made aware of the issues I had encountered and within 3 days shipped out the part at no cost whatsoever to compensate for the inconvenience and instil my faith in Maytag due to Richard Jay Laundry's unprofessional conduct.

Excellent service!
I run my own appliance repair/service company in Melbourne and have had some trouble getting Maytag parts from other suppliers, I called these guys regarding a pulley that apparently wasn’t available these guys had hundreds in stock and they were on special $12 and arrived next day!
I tried 3 other Maytag service agent componies before Dependable and they all told me the pulley comes complete with motor costing $700+ Clearly they know there stuff

We purchased a Maytag coin operated washing machine from Dependable Laundry Solutions 3 years ago.the washing machine gets well used and being commercial we have had a couple of issues over the years but their after sales service has been fantastic with them sending replacement parts super quick every time we have had an issue.
