I had the test with young lady despite I didn't pass the lady was so nice, I didn't pass because it was honestly my fault

My test was taken by Molik, he distract and loose confidence while driving. He always said why you do so, which he should explain in the end of driving test.

Very fast, on time service. Great customer service and better driving assessors in my opinion. My friend failed his test, but certainly a better experience than Cannington branch as this one really takes the time to explain and in a nicer way as well.

A complete write off, if you want to waste time, money and maybe part of your sanity then go right ahead. Attempted my PDA many times over and it seems a lot of them go right for the hand brake due to " Safety " even when i am following all the rules and obeying the law, No cars are coming or ANY possible danger is present. I've wasted more than enough money just trying to get my damn license so i can make a living but nope, i guess not. Pathetic.

Did my test a week ago instructor failed me because i didn't use gear clutch in a automatic 2x i then did a test with white person and passed

We all love a good “2” min assessment for fully stopping at two stop signs where the break was fully gone in yet the vehicle magically doesn’t stop. Don’t know how that physically happens but yet again the wonders of a bad credited assessor with a history of bias. Unfairness still exists where ones ego is so high that the addition of authority makes him think he is invincible. I’d put their name on display but what’s right will happen to him in the eyes of the law.

Very Professional assessor named Will - he did not make me feel uncomfortable despite my nerves and was very clear in his instructions throughout the assessment. He gave good feedback as well for me to further improve. Glad to have passed the exam. Very fair and reasonable assessment of all skills, rules and safety.

Booked my test here for the 08/09/2020. Very friendly staff and assessors. I had been assessed by a woman named "Elaine" who was very respectful and understanding of minor mistakes due to nerves. She had marked me as successfully meeting the standards. In regards to the area of Welshpool, it can be rather busy at times but as long as you are aware of your surroundings, read all signs and markings, it shouldn't be a problem. Overall, I am satisfied with my experience and recommend it to anyone hoping for a fair and reasonable driving assessment.

Be aware from one of the instructor. He will waste your time to fullest. He will take full 35 mins test and then fails you for following the rules!

Passed my PDA test today at Welshpool center, great service, professional staff. Never go to Mirrabooka, they waste your money and they are very rude.

The staff are very helpful and the service given is very quick. The assessor are also professional and respectful. Keep up the good work.

Sold a car and tried to lodge the details online, but couldn’t because the buyer had an international licence! You don’t even need a driving licence to buy a car. Headed to Welshpool to lodge the form, but the office is closed. Had to go to the Cannington office, where we were told to stick it in a box. Still don’t know if this is OK. DOT needs to get its act together and actually help the public.

Lazy staff members, staff tried to closed before there closing time. I need to report poor perforance. There a waste of tax payers money building needs to be closed 1 star is too high.
