9 Claim the help domestic violence victims but not if you "earn to much"
Handed me keys to a property based on one of the older female clerks math and was told i WAS eligible,
Waited till i arrived back 2 - 3 hrs later to then say i "earn too much", not a phone call or message to let me know of there mistake
And when i was told the orginal female clerk had a smirk and was too happy to tell me i was now not eligible
Apparently i was $100 over the cap
Which as a single parent, we all know you never have $100 extra
No compassion, and they dont help people in domestic abuse situations as they claim.
I had even provided them my doctors note in my orginal application supporting me
I have now suffered more due to this situation
So remember if your in a domestic abuse situation dont "earn too much"
I've received the run around quite often with this office and mis information as was.told I could pay off a debt at discount and went to another office who pointed out that the staff didn't give me correct info and i am still paying full amount. Disappointing.
I'm a new housing tenant and when I moved in I had massive plumbing problems and they were very prompt not all done in one day but that's asking for miricles but staff have been friendly and helpful there is no need too be rude or angry at staff just remember there is a lot off people out there that don't have a roof at all over their heads be grateful not angry
The laziest most greediest people ever. Hired a couple people to fix our fence who did a terrible job. Still gaps in the fence, one gap is in the fence between my neighbour and I who's not happy at all. We're also still waiting for other jobs to be done in the house for years now. THEY WOULD RATHER THE HOUSE LOOK TERRIBLE THEN SPEND MORE MONEY ON IT. They also keep putting the rent up even for people that are CLEARLY struggling with money.
Amazing gardeners at my elderly mum's unit complex at Cervantes Loop Yangebup yesterday. In all the years my mum has been there, never seen a better job. Just wish I had money to buy the two guys a six pack. Thanks guys, very happy mumma.
Worst service. Overt classism from staff. Waiting for them to do a promised job for FIVE YEARS.
Repairs take forever
Good tenants have no incentive to remain good tenants
Degenerates get new kitchens and floors while the good ones wait
Staff pass the buck and seem to really not know protocols at all
The worst of the worst. Grateful I have a home but the stress of dealing with these people is not worth it
We have had issues with a housing commission property in our street. We were excited at first when someone reached out to investigate the issue. Since then the problems with the house have just gotten worse and worse. And nobody can give a straight answer about what is happening. No problem - we will take legal action if nothing changes soon.
Department of housing customer service is amazing although the centre is run down the staff are definitely what the five stars reflect.
Be careful. The staff will tell you one thing and another staff member will tell you something else.
They take forever to get repairs done
Landlords will show up when they feel like it.
Now not to be racist but in your a while Australian expect delays and
The staff do not care if your neighbours make up bs and you are white expect to be breeched.
