If I could give lower I would. Absolutely disgusting in the way they treat people.
You can't be rude to them but yet they can treat you like dirt when you've done nothing wrong.
This whole department should be shut down

We have been fighting a 2year order for the last 4 years.we have great concerns about the wellbeing of our two children that we have brought up with the department the department have informed us that they will not be investigating our concerns because our feelings and concerns aren't even relevant to them. Case and team leader are constantly on leave, we have made 4 complaints against the department to deal with those concerns but they have not been addressed. They have put us down, insulted us, dragged us through the dirt and now they're applying for the 18 year whatever they're written in the notes they have made us out to be the worst fuken people in the world.

Constantly go behind your back to make reasons to be involved. They have done a safety investigation without notifying me and have deemed a likely hood of neglect based on nothing. I am in Bunbury but Midland office is carrying out investigations? Why?

This department has no integrity! Is not transparent and accountable. Ignores policies and procedures frequently and at their leisure.
Has no respect for laws and legislation. Delay all processes. Perjury is common in this department. Treats parents and children abhorrently! Abuse of children in their care is frequently ignored. And much more.

This department is not to be trusted. They take advantage of in and out of care clients mental health and try to rip families apart. I've used to be in care, me and my fiance tried for a baby. We are waiting for a beautiful innocent little girl to be born. Instead Navig8 decided to get involved, manipulate us into thinking Department of child protection will help us. Unfortunately because I have a past with them, that I self harmed and tried to commit suicide, they are using that information against me like a game of chess and going against my partners wishes to talk to his mother. Since then, we are that distrustful. They are revoking the trauma from a 19 year old man whom lost everything in Yarloop Fires by threatening baby into his mom's care. She took the ute legally that was meant for him in respects to him loosing cars in his name in Yarloop. We want to get back as much as we can to protect our baby from these vultures. They cannot be trusted anymore.
