First appointment was awesome, from receptionist, dental hygienist and dentist, all top notch, felt so relieved and happy that I chose Dentist WA Canning Vale

A fantastic dental practice. Very professional, friendly and excellent at helping put you at ease throughout your visit. Dr Ferdinand was absolutely brilliant and the check up and cleaning carried out as well as advice was thorough and expertly conducted. I really recommend this dentist!

My son saw Dr Jasmine yesterday and she was super nice and professional. She ran 10 min late and came out to ask me if it will be okay with me. Eddie will definitely be back. They showed him how they are going to clean his teeth and he was super comfortable. Highly recommended. Oh and a bonus, they are bupa first providers.

Friendly front counter and medical staff. Appointment time was as scheduled and no delays. In and out quick. Fuss free process for health fund claim. Great first time experience. Will definitely continue to use them for all my dental needs.

The BEST of the BEST - Dr Tim Maxwell.

I recently had a wisdom tooth surgery and was extremely lucky to have chosen Dr Maxwell as my Dental surgeon.

The entire experience went above and beyond my expectations - from the time I walked in for the surgery, during the the actual surgery and to the time I left the room.

Dr Maxwell made every effort to check in a few times during the surgery to ensure I was comfortable and was not in any pain. A special thanks to the Dental nurse who was also present during the surgery.

It was also wonderful to get a follow up call from the clinic to check if I was recovering well after the surgery.

Thanks once again, Dr Maxwell and the amazing dental team at Queensgate.

From entering at reception to the actual extraction, there was nothing but professionalism and kindness throughout. The follow-up phone call a day later to ask how my pain was going, was also sincerely appreciated.

Dr Yousr Kanbour is fantastic. She's been our dentist for few years now. Very professional, in depth knowledge and craftsmanship with excellent communication.

My husband attended here today to have a very painful tooth extracted. He was seen by Dr Ching Wen Tan and he could not speak highly enough of her. Her professionalism and care was outstanding and he would be happy to have her as his regular dentist. Furthermore, the receptionist Anita went out of her way to accommodate us and made sure all aspects of the appointment was correct. Both of us would highly recommend this Dental practice, the process from beginning to end was easy thanks to the wonderful people we dealt with.

Amazing service and care provided by Dr Gavin Coles today, incredibly patient and went over all of my concerns and gave me pertinent information for the health of my teeth.

Pricing was amazing and overall extremely happy with the whole visit. Parking was good as well and the place was very easy to access.

Dr Sean was so gentle and kind but also very thorough and knowledgeable. Nurses were lovely as well. Highly recommended

Very very bad experience
This was my second appointment for standard general teeth cleaning. I book an appointment for general teeth clean but was given “ Periodental debridement” as per the receipt which they charge me $606 which i felt was a general clean as it felt no difference to my previous general clean.
THE WORST PART IS “ I was never informed re i was having this periodental debridement as no consent was taken from me by “Dr Ching Wen Tan”
When I informed the reception as I was not informed they lied and said I was informed.
What a worst service I received and I recommend everyone to never ever make a mistake to go to this facility ever

At 56 I have seen my fair share of dentists over the years but I have to say that Dr. Sean Ferdinands at Dentist WA Canning Vale is the best I've come across. Great at his craft, shows excellent care and has superb manners to make you feel that everything is under control at all times. His assisting team is also friendly and capable. Makes what might normally be a daunting visit for most people a very pleasant one.

Nora was amazing! Very thorough and spent the time explaining the issue about bubs teeth. Such a lovely young lady!

I was concerned before I attended my appointment to get an emergency filling. However, Dr Jasmine Li made the whole experience simple, painless and anxiety free. The filling was well done and fast leaving me feeling much happier and very pleased with the staff.

This morning I got up and started looking for a Dentist that could help with my Toothache.well up popped up Dentist WA.
It was a great place to be in loved the welcome that I received from a new receptionist that was trying to do her best around the system. I had marked to see Dr Sean Ferdinand and his assistant (which I forgot her name apologies) took X-rays and showed me what the issue was.and it was seamless and no pain.thank you again. Good dentist. Just never on time. Always at least 20 min late. If you take off work for an appointment, every minute matters.
