9 May 31 - I return forms sent to me after initial Zoom call with James
June 7 - Email received advising me that I'll have a proposal the next day with some "quality cover options"
8 June - Email received advising this proposal will be sent tomorrow as "last insurer didn't deliver their terms until just now and I need to review before presenting"
16 June - I follow up asking if there any updates
2 July - I have heard nothing, so I advised I will leave it there.
I did ask if everything was OK personally in case something had happened, but got no response.
I therefore can not recommend this business.
Highly recommend James at Delta Risk, definitely not your average insurance broker. He takes the time to understand the business and makes sure you have the right level of cover. Excellent Overall!

James went through my existing policy and found some items within my business that I was not covered for that I thought it was. He also pointed out some items that I was paying for that wasn’t relevant to my business. Thanks for the great service James!
