Delhi6 Sweets and Savouries reviews
39Worst experience ever. Ordered soya chaap, this was my third visit today. Soya chaap was meant to come from Tandoor but was not even cooked no flavour nothing it tasted like straight away came from the Can of Soya. Manchurian and noodles were not fresh, noodles didn’t had any taste & manchurian, cant even chew it. Couldn’t guess if it was halwa or manchurian balls. Very disappointed. Tandoor food got no aroma in it & still they lying that its from tandoor. Fooling people. Just waste of time & money.
According to a customer what comes first is customer service and the same for me. Mr. Singh at front was full of smile on his face and was helping each customer at level best. He gave the best experience. I am sure I would have left the store without buying anything without the gentleman's help.
5 Star for Mr. Singh. Happy new year.
Today I went to Delhi 6, girl at counter, she was very polite and handle us with positive response, at that Time restaurant was busy but she was doing great job, recommended everyone to visit Delhi 6, great experience and service
Food was okey
However asked for washroom they refused and said its only for staff and you have to walk to TAB which was closed when i was there or walk to aldi (which was far) they said we have no connection with the restaurant.
Every dine in restaurant should have a toilet and a disabled toilet as its compliance and a legal requirement.
Shocked to know how council have approved their permit for a dine in restaurant.
I'll never recommend this restaurant because we visited there to buy sweets in bulk for our religious festival, asked them to give one piece of sweet to taste but they refused it. If we are spending money on something, we must know about the taste of thing. Really disappointed. We used to buy a lot of sweets from them but they are behaving so rudely to their regular costumers only.
You might get cheated by the Restaurant team so be careful and ask in advance what you will get when you order. (Can be different to your expectations)
The best customer service ever. Hushan and raman provided beautiful service and great food. Thankyou so much. Highly recommened.
Usually either a hit or a miss! But, the last couple of times, the food has been yummy and fresh!
Just in few lines samosa chat i had never seen comes with just a tiny piece of samosa used to be two pieces.
Toothsome food with amazing hospitality. Loved it specially panner bread pagoda, tokri chaat and my others.yummy
This is our goto place for North Indian delicacies.
The tea here is in a league of its own, better than anything you'd find in Perth and I say this being a tea lover who's tasted tea from roadaide stalls in Varanasi to fancy cafés in Delhi.
The north Indian snacks are pretty close to what you'd get back home and reasonably priced.
We drive over thirty kilometers to get their "chai" at least once a week.
Food is really nice. Specially chole bhature. But one thing i would suggest to the boss is hire professional staff who greets the customers and help them out not to ignore the customers like McDonald’s staff does.
We regularly visit Delhi 6 for mouth-watering Jalebis and awesome vegetarian Samosa.
One must try both as I found it very great in taste, which will surely take back to memories down to India
Reception staff is very friendly too
A cozy and friendly place with good food and helpful staff. Have had chats multiple times and each time they have been brilliant!
It's a really nice Indian sweet and savoury store. Gives you the feel of being in sweet shop in India with lots of options. The sweets and the food, both are delicious. Will definitely recommend and go over again!
Staff is too rude…
If their is any option for 0 star i must give them
Very bad experience
The guy who served was extremely rude, unprofessional and behaved as if he was getting annoyed to take our orders. Needs an orientation on proper and respectful customer service.
Ordered Paharganj chole bhature today through Menulog over here and had a sour taste eating that…. I order regularly from here and could differentiate between today’s taste and the taste on the rest of the days…. I felt that it wasn’t freshly cooked at all and stale food was served. Upon calling the restaurant and asking if it was fresh initially I was told that bhaturas are fresh but nothing was mentioned about the chola. Then upon reconfirming the person gave a sarcastic laugh and told that the chola is good… I asked him again that if it was freshly cooked and he told that yes it’s freshly cooked even though it tasted sour. The person was extremely rude and without even listening to anything just thanked and put down the call…. I am really concerned and hope it doesn’t cause any harm… I have put a review on Menulog as well…. It was really a miserable experience…. Being a North Indian I know the look and taste of curries well and can surely say that it really was stale.
Food was ghastly. Staff rude. Mango Lassi the worst I have ever had. Would give minus stars if I could. Do not go is my advice.quite horrible.
Mouth watering food appealing to both eyes and appetite wonderful ambience and friendly staff always make Delhi 6 sweets one of my favourite place to dine in
