Dejaxo Artisan Bakery - Carine Glades

Have been shopping here for 4 years now and I have always got the same quality and really good service for a small bakery.

The bread is so fresh and tasty and healthy - highly recommended

Coming to this bakery is always a treat for me, everything is fresh and so tasty. Staff are always friendly too

Not sure what has happened to the coffee? !
My husband and friends are runners and visit often on a Saturday morning and had said the coffee had changed, and was undrinkable, a couple of months ago. Feed back given to staff, who had heard this from other customers, apparently a coffee bean change? ! The runners tried the coffee again today and still undrinkable, I had a take away coffee and was unable to finish it.
Giving you feedback Dejaxo so that you can address this

Dejaxo have started to open up for dinner on Friday and Saturday evenings. The very accomplished chef produces some amazing Korean style chicken. Beautifully tender crispy coated meat, salad and chips, choice of sauces, enough food for a greedy 2 or three people, $40!
The short menu includes burgers and options for children.
This a new venture for Dejaxo driven by the talented Korean/ ex Sydney chef.
Do yourselves a favour and check out the great food before the the word gets out and the place becomes packed out. Enthusiastic, friendly staff. BYO. Excellent.

Lovely staff! They were very kind and accomodating. Delicious milk and good variety of foods. Nice outdoor seating too.

Have brought a lot of pies cakes from here. Today was very disappointing being Monday I think I was given Saturday cakes. Cinnamon roll was stale the matchstick pastry was two tough too eat. It’s a shame was a regular customer.

Great coffee but I just checked my bank statement and $6 for a SMALL flat white in my own keep cup is a bit outrageous

The choice of healthy fresh loafs available daily, even when we thought everything was closed for Christmas.

I am a regular customer at Carine driving from Greenwood just to buy the bread because products are of high quality.
Today it was a very dissatisfied experience
Asked if he can open a packet of hot dog rolls because I only wanted 3
He said that they were loose ones at the other end of the display cabinet
When I got home and open the paper bags the rolls were crusty no the ones I ask for
Long way to drive back ;next time I make sure to check inside the paper bag before I leave the counter!

Great bakery with good selection. Their dejaxo sour dough loaf is simply unreal. Bit pricey, would probably buy more if the price was more reasonable

Two of the rudest staff I have ever encountered. Been working across the road for 3 years and have been buying morning and every time the staff are grouchy and rude. Now buying cakes from IGA.

Lovely service, beautiful coffee, yummy home-made salad and cakes, good value for money and a lovely outdoor area for whole family + furry friends

Never let them heat your sausage rolls up. Took 5mins and came out red hot and way to crispy. Filling fell straight out of the casing and the meat took 10 mins to cool.

Terrible coffee. Third bad coffee experience here & really rude staff. Shame because the foods quite nice, almost chemical taste to the coffee though - perhaps it's the coffee cups but rude girl at coffee machine was really unresponsive & dismissive.
Small business is so important for community though very hard to support this one.

I love that more and more places have fresh almond milk (even better if baristas give the bottle a shake to mix it once seaparated!) We had mushrooms with halloumi. The halloumi was so salty we could barely eat it which was disappointing. I also was suprised to see some of the prices of the cakes. Small tarts $4.80 (more like mini), large tarts $6.50. These tarts are not big by any means and Dejaxo are selling them inside the shopping complex at their bakery for $3.20 and $4.80 respectively, therefor to eat off a plate costs an extra $1.70 BUT if you bring your own cup in to help the environment you save 15cents! Hmmmm interesting.

I love this place it has the best rate get of freash bread cakes and even hot pies and sausage rolls. I love the jam doughnuts they are amazing.

Amazing place lovely staff I miss the old baked ricotta log but the choices available and quality of the food is awesome

We went to a mazda 3 neo and finished up woth demo sp25.
We never felt any pressure.only that we were goven optionsee would tecommend this dealership and the rep, walter, to anyone interested in a nre mazda.
