DB Dental – Melville

First experience at this clinic and was very impressed with the overall professionalism.
Will definitely be returning for my follow-ups and into the future.

I’ve been seeing Dentist Paul for now many years. He is great! I even now travel 30-40min to see him. The receptionists are always so lovely and helpful too.

I had been to DB dental in a different suburb and I was not feeling good about going back to them even though I was visiting a different dentist however, my experiences were 100% positive at Melville DB Dental even though they really are in Bicton. I would definitely return.

My dentist was generous with her time, more than willing to offer advice on dental issues and products and was friendly and caring with my three year old boy who accompanied me to the appointment. I will continue to make my checkups at DB Dental Melville from now on. Thank you so much for such a great experience!

From the time I walk in and then in for the treatment, everything is professional and friendly.

I have been a patient of the Melville clinic consistently since October 2021. I wish to acknowledge the exceptional staff, from Ann and all the frontline reception staff, to MY Dr Radwa, her assistant Ms Shegofa and lastly yesterday, Dr Ahmed, who gave up his lunchtime to "fit me in" for an unexpected cancellation.
I cannot praise this practice enough.they are wonderful!

After not going to the dentist for over a decade there was no shaming and I was met with complete understanding. The staff were very supportive of my sensory needs and frequently checked in to ensure I was still comfortable and whether I needed a break. I was made to feel so comfortable I have no concerns about returning for more in depth procedures.

Costs were clear and provided before my follow up appointments which was also great!

I went to DB Dental on my birthday as I had woken up with a sore wisdom tooth. I'm getting them out in two weeks' time and it's been years of distress and pain. I've been waiting, first due to COVID and then finances. I was upset as I hadn't wanted to spend my birthday going to the dentist.it was a special one - and couldn't really afford it but I also wanted to enjoy the day and not be in discomfort. They fitted me in, said happy birthday and Dr Jake was thoughtful and thorough and even covered the gap payment as a kind gesture for my birthday / the situation. I do go to this dentist practice regularly and highly recommend it normally, but this was an moment of kindness and care that really touched me and I wanted to share.

Rude and miserable reception staff. Came in with my partner and she was treated like dirt. Do your job properly, you’re in customer service:)

I ended up being late due to circumstances beyond my control and was very worried about not having enough time left for my emergency dental treatment. Reception staff and Dr Paul Haswell were very kind. They made me feel welcome, which helped me to relax. Dr Haswell was very quick and incredibly thorough. Thank you so much for your kindness today, very much appreciated!

Made an appointment for a chipped tooth so for the next 11 days had over 14 phone calls and txt messages to confirm my appointment and repeated calls from there receptionist wanting to change my appointment to having my teeth clean and then tell me what's procedures I should have. Also calling that I'm not using my free treatment for teeth cleaning by my health insurance totally harassments by DB and the receptionist Anne what attitude when you stated no I just want my chipped tooth looked at

Update they have banned my whole family for any treatment nation wide, this just show there actions when someone complains and seek to brush away the failure to provide and work in the construct of operating as dentists

Had the best dental experience I've ever had in the past 8 years thanks to Dr Susipala with her clear explanations on technique and a future action plan.

Dr Jake Stanley is here. That's it. I am willing to drive over an hour twice a year to see Jake because he is such an amazingly good dentist that when he left the dental clinic just down my road I was not prepared to see any other dentist. For as long as you're in Perth you will be my dentist.

Friendly staff however unfortunately the worst experience I have had at a dentist. Have been left with ongoing jaw issues after my visit which have spanned for 1 year and have cost over $10,000 seeking medical advice.

Dr Paul Haswell does a fantastic job looking after our entire family. He is great with young kids, highly recommend.

Did not enjoy my experience with Dr S Pachipala. I left feeling worried and anxious. Went to another dentist and had my fillings done there.

Had 4 root canals in largest tooth, and and was saved from completely
having to remove with a large gap. Beautifully restored and capped to a tooth that now looks like brand new.
This process is now fully completed.
The endodonic root canal treatment was performed by Dr. Nilesh Jadav. The capping and other teeth treatment carried out over the last twelve months or more to bring my teeth up to good condition has been carried out by Dr Nicholas Morton. I have been privileged to have such highest standards of dental work performed under these professionals, I am much appreciated for their support and work carried out.
They also organise a heath hygienist with your gum care. A lot of people don't understand if you build up blood and issues on your gums, it destroys your teeth and requires major repair.
I really can highly recommend this dental surgery that will not only put a smile on your face, but teach you to look after your teeth preventing major repair costs. A seriously very highly professional dental surgery. Thanks Team. *****

I visited Dr. Paul on 13/01/2020 for check up and cleaning which were done by him, he found cavity into my lower wisdom tooth where I don't have upper wisdom tooth, doctor did his check up and assessment and advised my to fill it up otherwise I will need root canal but he didn't mention anything about inflammation or removing that wisdom tooth as it has no support, I agreed on the filling, it cost me around 480$ for cleaning and filling, after that I had pain all over my teeth for 10 days, so I decided to go back but for other doctor who did her check and advised me it is radial pain because of my wisdom tooth inflammation and it is better to remove it as it has no support and she cost me another 160$ only for check up which should be done by Dr. Paul and he should advise removing my wisdom tooth instead of doing filling, so it is lack of professionalism which incurred double cost, wasting time, and pain. I will proceed with complaint against the doctor and DP Dental at the right authority.

Db Dental Melville are the most efficient, courteous and professional Dental clinic I have visited. I highly recommend.

Alexi Poli is the best dentist that i have encountered. He makes you feel at ease, relaxed and pain free, a true professional. For general treatment and Implants, cannot praise him enough. 100% recommendation.
