I am one human being who despise going to dentist. Here at DB Innaloo they are amazing Dr Chris is the best. I have no more nightmares prior to the day hahah. Thank you guys keep it up:)

Really poor outcome for my husband who was informed he had to have a root canal attended. The dentist at DB Dental Innaloo reported that they had removed the nerve at first consult which they hadn't and he was in immense pain thereafter.

They then referred him to one of their 'specialists' at another facility and they weren't able to see my husband for another week. We ended up going to another dentist and were extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by DB Dental Innaloo.

My husband had a front tooth that was about to fall out. Bethan and her helpful team managed to MacGyver that sucker and gave him a temp fix so he could smile in our family trip photos the next day. Great service and lovely bedside manner. Thanks Bethan

This was my first contact with DB and I managed to get a service then because of a cancellation. I found everyone friendly and courteous with full information provided. Job well done.

Unprofessional service! They are after money, the guy did not do anything and took $250, and ask us to come next time and it is shame on them to sent stupid reminder for appointment. I recommend better not to visit them!

I’m a very nervous dentist go-er but anytime I have visited this place I have had a pleasant experience. The staff are lovely and do a great job to put you at ease while still advising of the need to know info.

Excellent Service -I wanted to stay with the same dentist at a different branch because of the quality of care

Had a tooth ache whilst on site for two weeks. Made a booking and was confirmed by text. Went into reception to reconfirm the day before. All confirmed. Arrived at the allocated time for appointment no appointment.
Had to fly out the following day they asked me to come back tomorrow. 5 weeks on pain. Funny they Db dental has a penalty for not showing up, but no compensation for their own mistakes.

Visiting a dentist isnt exactly the most enjoyable experience. But i found the service here very good, no long waits, i even got in earlier than my appointment and Dr Emma Findlay done a great job and provided some handy dental care advice. Highly recommend.

Unfortunately dealing with the older blonde receptionist was more painful than having my teeth extracted.however in fairness I should state for the record that this was a couple of years ago.

I found Dr Andrew Vulliamy on my recent visit to repair my broken front tooth to be professional, courteous and has an excellent manner towards me as a patient. He made me comfortable and relax. I’m very happy with the result of my new tooth. It was the best experienced I had with the dentist. Don’t like going to the dentist anyway but I’m happy to see him again. I have been going to DB dental for a couple years now and the service is nothing short of incredible. The girls in reception are always very friendly and helpful. A special shout out to Carmel who goes above and beyond with her customer service skills and efficiency, she genuinely cares about delivering a good service, and it’s very apparent when you interact with her.

The dentist I see - David is also excellent, he is very thorough and informative when explaining procedures and takes the time to ensure you feel comfortable and at ease at all times.

All in all an excellent experience and I’m grateful to have found a quality dental practice.

DB dental Innaloo was a bit of a shock after years of going to other DB dental north.

-Customer service isn't great, a bit rude and careless.
-My experience with Dr Eman was good and terrible at the same time; she has great skills (and she better be, for what she charges) and that's the reason for my 2 stars instead of 0 (1). Dr Eman might have good skills but for me, she was very unpleasant to be around; money hungry.
I went to see her as a referral for a Medical Condition, NO for aesthetics. On my first consult, she criticised how short my teeth are and how making them bigger would make my smile better looking. I never realised my teeth were shorter than the "average person that possesses a beautiful smile". She was making an aesthetic plan in her head without consulting me, just thinking about how much more money she could get from me. Disgusting.

Now, I have a Perio that balances out professional skills and fundamental human/communication skills and for half of the money. Never going back.

My appointments were with Dr Helen Marriott. She was great, easy to communicate my needs with. Very grateful for what she was able to do for my teeth. Definitely recommend this practice.

My partner booked an exam and clean. However a few days prior he was experiencing pain on his lower right side and had some swelling. Rather than investigating the area and postponing the clean their OPG machine was not working, the dentist refused to do a PA and didn’t send him off to a radiology clinic. Instead she said you “can’t get an infection in an unerupted wisdom tooth and it’s just impacted and you need to see an OMFS”, in which we would have to get the OPG done by the surgeon and then she will refer him. As a dental assistant myself I know that is ridiculous as there are SKG radiology clinics everywhere.
Went to another dentist after experiencing more pain after the clean, got an OPG and is now on antibiotics as he does have an infection.
Absolute duty of care negligence.

The Dentist, his assistant, the receptions and everything to do with a professional experience was awesome. (5 STARS)
However, for 30 mins refilling a broken filling the cost was $435. When they saw my reaction the cost of Xray was deducted to $350. Thank you. Excellent all the way, just need to be a little more price considerate. Thank you again.
