DB Dental

Worst ever. So dismissive about taking wrong details or information of patient. They called to reschedule but the themselves do not have space nor time. They offer reschedule but not until fortnight time for it. Wth.

What an unprofessional business. In short booked online, discussed the reason for appointment, team member assisted by bringing the booking forward which was great. Attended for 4.15pm appointment only to be told, the appointment was in the morning, therefore was a no show. I indicated that I was unable to commit to a morning time due to work commitments, hence the 4.15pm booking. Why would I attend for the appointment if it was in the morning. The staff member at the desk couldn't care less and had a poor demeanor. No effort made to assist, then had the nerve to ask if I would like to rebook, really!

I booked an appointment online for 11.30- I even got a confirmation txt.
I received a call on my way at 11.15 informing me I have missed my appointment?
I said I made the appointment for 11.30 and the woman was quite rude saying “no, you booked 11.15”
What a joke!

I don’t want give any one star, I was talk about I cannot use penicillin, but I don’t know why The DB dental still give a medical name is amoxicillin, best thing I ask my GB doctor.

Very unhappy. Told them multiple times i didn't want xrays knowing they charged as i had already had them quoted but she did them anyways and they charged me twice what they quote. Never going back. Stay away all they want is your $$ but definitely don't get the service you should for what you pay.

Less then 5 minutes for a cleaning and 55 bucks charged without any request for an unwanted device put in my mouth for other 5 minutes, worst experience in a dentist ever, i am speaking of south Lake one. Don't know about the others

I have never had a more relaxing experience at any dental surgery in over 45 years of visiting dentists and 24 years working in patient support, accompanying patients to their own dental appointments!
Absolutely no pain! John is Extremely gentle, very professional and does an amazing job! Could not be happier.very very highly recommended.

People don’t want to go to the dentist because it’s painful. Jonathan Mccartney, was a very experienced and caring dentist, gave my husband such good advice that trips to the dentist hold no fear.

I've just had 6 filings done. First time at the dentist in a looooong time. Very pleasant experience and very cheap if you sign up to hbf dental cover insurance. Dentist and staff were very professional and friendly. Price was pretty standard without the insurance cover. I compared my quote with my mate who practices in NZ he said on par. DB slightly cheaper than his practice.

Very unhappy! I had crown done at DB dentist South Lake. The permanent crown have decent gap in between the crown and teeth. I went back to DB dentist to see how she could correct poorly fitted crown. I was surprised in the manner that dentist conducted herself. This was the most distressing and disappointed visit. No way to ever go back to DB dentist

Didn't really have a gap but the dentist suggested I have a filling so whatever - after he gave me a filling, I actually noticed a gap where food went into it - but he's fixed it for free so all good:)

1st time at this Dentist. The Denist was very caring explained everything. Great service by all. The receptionist was friendly and very welcoming. Prices we good and the receptionist explained the out of pocket expense straigh up. Definitely will be going back.

I was their clients for 3 years this central is a bit small but staffs is very helpful

Friendly and well organised front office staff, easy parking and, most importantly, very competent, professional dentists who clearly explain options.

Dr Brian and the nurse so professional. Dr Brian made me feel so relaxed. Explanation was in detail. Charlie such a great and considerable person. Very helpful. Puts in time and effort 10 stars.

The team at DB Dental South lake were great. Booking was easy, everything ran on time, and the receptionists were very helpful.

Dr Subha and her assistant (apologies for forgetting her name) were excellent, clearly explained what they were going to do at each stage and worked quick and effciently. This was by far the most comfortable I have felt at a dentist and I highly recommend them.

The team at DB Dental South Lake are so wonderful, especially Jenni she is so caring and explains things to you. Would definitely recommend them.

I was lucky enough to take a cancellation spot. Seen too within an hour. Great service and the dentist was very thorogh and it wasn't too painful having a tooth extracted. Bonus only had to pay $16.00 not coverred by HBF!
