Great experience and a must to do. Well laid out garden centre with great variety of plants. Morning tea was a highlight. Staff friendly and service great.

A favourite wandering place for us to stop and smell nature, play in the garden and have a Devonshire tea

Excellent range of plants, dog friendly, expert advice from staff who are always friendly. Vicki is great always helping and giving advice!

Have been going there for years, always found staff very friendly and knowledgeable, it has a very peaceful surrounds, with the added bonus of a great little coffee shop, I have been in retail myself for over 50 years, these days people want instant service, unfortunately people who live in the fast lane often miss out on great service, for the lack of a little patience, great place, great staff, great garden centre, what more can you say!

Great quality merchandise and plants of high quality. Staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Large nursery for every kind of gardening needs. Also has a cafe inside there for light refreshment while you are shopping for flowers and plants.

Great centre but some of the staff out front are off-putting. Unsmiling, abrupt, dismissive. And the service at the till! Don't go there if you're in a hurry! Languid is a generous term to describe it.

I love going to Dawson's! The staff here are knowledgeable and very helpful (when you can find them). The cafe here is a hidden gem. Mitchell and Arlene make the best coffee and their cakes are provided by the Cake Box who do the BEST red velvet cake and crumbles. Arlene also has a secret salad dressing which is delicious with the focaccia

Always helpfully with gardening tips and plant selection. Nice little cafe serving fresh food and cakes.

A most pleasant garden centre to wander around, observing the planting ideas, deciding on which plant (s) to purchase. Acceptable prices with a regular customer discount card, and a wide variety of plants. A very large display of many varieties of rose's. Attractive older buildings and display of the Dawson history as well as large undercover outdoor eating area. The cafe serves a suitable selection of foods and hot/cold drinks at acceptable prices in interesting indoor/outdoor areas. Good parking and ease of acces; helpful and knowledgeable staff.

I have made many purchases over years but the last visit the staff member was to busy doing her own thing to be of any assistance, another customer who heard me asking for the plant I required suggested I try another nursery up the road like chalk and cheese very accommodating and helpful.
