I just had my first experience at David Lee's to do my hair foils and love it! Kat is amazing, great place and great customer service. ️

After a colour consultation I left three messages to organise an appointment but Brooke did not bother to get back to me.

I went to David Lee after a not so great experience elsewhere and my colour really needed work. They were really great with advising me on how to go about it and put in a lot of effort to correct things.
The salon itself was also really nice, lovely decor and good quality furniture.
The staff were lovely and at the end of a long day at work I just wanted to sit and relax and they made it really comfortable.
I was really impressed with how my hair turned out and will definitely be making it my new regular.

For two hours every six weeks of 2022 this salon has been a great place to unwind, switch off, be treated like a queen by the most sincere and genuinely nicest team. I always leave with a colour and cut thats is amazing. I trust every recommendation and simply love this place

First hairdresser my teenage son has been back to three times consecutively. Harry Fletch is really great, thsys who we see. As I sat waiting for Mt son, I noticed how great everyone is and how happy the customers are

This place is amazing.
First of all: its Schwarzkopf, please don’t ever change brands, us sensitive blondies NEED Schwarzkopf is our lifes.
Second: the atmosphere is great. Great music, professional staff. GREAT drinks menu - that tiny extra detail makes a lot of difference.
Third: the sink/rinse room: REVOLUTIONARY! Why have I never seen sinks like that before? ! They’re so good! Should be standard practice. The ambiance of the room is also on point, with the fancy chandelier being the cherry on top! I’ll be a regular from now on for sure! Thank you!

I go to this hairdresser regularly and I get a lovely hair cut by Lee each time. There is a lovely atmosphere and the head massage is so good.

Kat will always be my go to, she's just so sweet. I have bad social anxiety so it took me awhile to warm up but even when I was really quiet, she took to my needs and communicated what she was doing at left it at that which eased my brain. As time went on I opened up to her and I don't regret it, I'm now excited to get my hair done rather then anxious.

Got a haircut here, asked for my hair to be cut to the bottom of my neck, and got a fade. Hair to the top of my neck. Would not recommend unless flexible and into gambling.

Today I went to David Lee hairdressing for the first time. Harry the barber cut my hair and he did a brilliant job. I will be going back to see him for sure. Well done and thank you!

So I went to my hairdresser to get a half head of foils. I also thought that I would mention to Kat that I was not happy with the way Brooke did my hair at my last appointment which was in October 2021. Just to make sure it wasn’t done the same way. Straight away Kat got defensive. She did not want to listen to what I was trying to explain to her. That I was not happy with my hair. I had to buy shampoo cleanser to try and get some of the darkness out. Even my family and friends noticed the difference in my hair. I felt like I walked in as a blonde and out as a brunette. Kat then said we have a really good policy, that if you are not happy with your hair we will fix it. Which I don’t believe, because as soon as I said I was not happy with my hair then Kat got very defensive, saying that she would not be doing my hair anymore, as she has long waiting lists, and that Brooke would have to do my hair “Brooke is a very good colorist”. When I said no, Kat said “well I don’t think this salon is for you”. This was all taking place in front of other customers. I was very shocked, hurt and humiliated. She had already put some foils in so I had to sit there and get it done, otherwise I would have walked out. She put the foils in got a trainee to wash and dry my hair and never came back to see if the color was ok. Customer Service at its worst. What she needs to understand is I was providing feedback with my last color, and as a paying customer I have every right to do this. I will never ever go back to David Lee Hairdressing.

I'm sorry to have to say this but Brooke was quite rude. She barely spoke to me, unless I spoke to her. It was very awkward. She looked like she didn't want to be working. She seemed more happy when I was leaving, which was really upsetting because I'm not a nasty person. I gave her a compliment about how good her head washing was and I got your hair is very dry. I felt like an inconvenience to her. The whole experience was very upsetting. At the end she didn't even show me the back of my head to see my hair. I will not be returning and please do not call me.

I don't like leaving bad reviews, but if I'm totally honest, I think this might be the worst haircut I've ever had.
The salon's style, layout and greeting were top notch, but I don't know how it's possible to mess up a simple No1 all over. It looked kind of ok in the lighting there, but when I got home and washed it, you can see Clipper-comb lines, patches and missed hairs all over the place. Really disappointed!

Love Love love this place! Particularly the colour area and shampoo lounge.such a lovely relaxed environment. I'm always welll looked after and just love the head massage x x

I can't speak highly enough of the wonderful team here. Always so friendly and professional. Nothing is too much trouble and you leave here feeling like a million dollars. Thank you for today guys, I really appreciated the trouble you went to after the appointment mix up.

Tried to book an appointment tried to get the cost of a Gents hair cut told me the price then hung up very rude

Always so happy with my cut and colour and the whole experience leaves me looking forward to going back.
I would never go anywhere else now.
