I called the karrinyup store prior to confirm the Chanel product I wanted was in stock & I spoke to Patricia, later to also be served by this lovely & helpful lady. She offered Gift wrapping & it was so nice to be served by a genuine happy & wonder women. It actually made the frustration of finding my car afterwards a little less

Unfortunately you need a David Jones credit card to collect points however overall the shop is awesome.

Boring.when are these stores going to lift their game. This feels like a giant store full of pop-ups with brands that have very little, mostly outdated and boring products.

Good lord…. Easily confused this shop with what I perceive that a morgue would be like. Absolutely empty and staff seemed as disinterested and lethargic as would be expected with such little human interaction.

My partner and I were followed around the store by the security guard which made us feel so unwelcome and uneasy. When confronted they said it was because we were walking through the women’s section which clothing we wanted to purchase from the men’s section? This doesn’t make sense and could be explained to us through words instead of being followed around the whole place and making us feel like criminals. I wish I could give 1 star and not only will I never be returning here but I’ll make sure others are aware and dissuade them from coming here as well.

Sam was extremely helpful in helping us find some crocs after looking all over Perth and coming from DFO! Highly recommended

Huge shop but didn't find a dress for a "BALL". Customer service was polite and very helpful in trying to find one. Didn't have a wow for me.

Truly excellent service from Simone in the makeup department on Wednesday 6th April. She spent time searching for what I wanted despite not working for that brand. She was very helpful and friendly.

This store looks so outdated now and needs a total revamp, took along time to find staff as they appear to be hidden in the poorly lit store, although when we eventually did find someone they were very helpful and polite.

Great service! I went everywhere (hours spent) looking for men's bags but when I got to David Jones they had all of the brands in one, beautifully maintained area with a service staff available to show and answer questions.
They had more brands than any other store and quite a lot nicer versions also.
The gentleman behind the counter even agreed to wear the bag so I could judge the size for my partner.
Great service, great product, very happy!

Christina in women's shoes and Anna in homewares, you were brilliant yesterday. You should both be giving classes on customer service. Above and beyond, thank you for making my day.

Old, run down, esculater hasn't worked for months.sadly you would think they would renovate considering how nice the rest of the centre is.

Would give negative stars if possible. I went to the kitchen appliance section as I was wanting to buy a coffee machine. Three staff members walked past me without even saying hello or can I help you with anything. One even walked into me and didn’t even apologise. I eventually just gave up as it’s ridiculous to have to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to help me. Yes I know I could ask for help but I should t have to as these people are paid to check up on customers and to give them assistance so they spend money.

Me and my sister were casually browsing the men’s section, shopping for my dad’s Christmas present when suddenly we were approached by a lady who accused us of being in the men’s changing rooms. After we denied this, and it was confirmed by another staff member that we had not been in the changing rooms, she continued to lecture us on the fact we weren’t supposed to be in those changing rooms even as we repeatedly stated we were not shopping for ourselves so wouldn’t need to try anything on anyway. Very disappointed with this experience as she acted as though we had done something wrong, despite the fact we hadn’t. Only giving it 2 stars because the lady who served us at the counter was very nice.

Millions were spent upgrading the Karrinyup Centre, David Jones spent $27 on gaffa tape to repair the carpets.
They do have Anthea Crawford though.

The store needs an update, compared to all the other updates, the shopping centre has/ and us having now. The staff were very helpful.

Came specially to this store for a brand but no staff was willing to locate the product line for me. Was send around the corner with a wave of the hand. Patronising experience. Very bad service for such a big shop. And ofcourse there was time to chat with other staff.

Well my wife loves shoes and hand bags at David Jones but the reason I'm giving David Jones karinyup only 3stars is the fact the Dept store is looking a bit sad and desparatly in need of an upgrade, I have to be frank here Myer karinyup new store upgrade is amazing and before the upgrade David Jones was superior but not any more the carpets are worn and tiles chipped and the store is looking drab. Come on David Jones Karinyup spend some money on an upgrade.upgrade and they will come.

Awesome. Purchased a Xmas tree and they had to ship it to us. We were concerned we would not have it for Xmas with all the shipping delays at the moment. Ordered and paid last Thu, and it is already in state today on the following Monday. Pretty happy about that!

Needs more discounts on a weekly basis for all items even all the brands like montblanc and Samsonite products
