Worst experiences in shipping all the time
Most anxious and old people working there even don’t know how to treat customers,

The politix rep that helped me on the Black Friday sale weekend on the Saturday late afternoon after a long day of trying on suits for my wedding and holding in my hand a suit I thought I wanted haha, and what must have been an even longer day for him. Gave us room to breathe but gave excellent advice and patient even while I tried on a competitive stores more expensive suit.
Made a great sale, I left extremely happy and a happy fiancé on my arm who was much happier with my choice.

Went to buy my 2 yr old son summer clothes. They have 10 racks of girl clothes and 1 rack of boy clothes. Asked the sales lady if they were elsewhere she said no that's all they have and i have to go to the city. How can a store be so discriminatory towards kids kn their stock?

I always like the range at David Jones and very nice service. The store itself is looking a bit tired but i expect is scheduled for a revamp as part of an upgrade for the entire shopping in the next year

Everything is so ridiculously expensive. Even after discount it's expensive. Myers have better deals.

Worst service I have ever seen, I was in handbag’s section, looking for a guess bag for my mom and need help, but there was only one staff in whole section and she was the only one who was doing billing also. I waited almost 30 minutes unfortunately no staff was there except one who was busy and there are almost 15 brands. What a bad experience with David jones.

The product I'd purchased had a faulty strap. The saleswoman I spoke to, said David Jones couldn't do anything and suggested I purchase another strap and get it fixed elsewhere or send it to the manufacturer myself. It wasn't until I'd mentioned that I'd already spoken to the manufacturer and that it was under warranty, that she said ' I suppose we'll have to send it to them then'. Very poor service and experience.

Very nice store, classy and only looking expensive but they really have some staff that is affordable especially shoes section men and women it's worth to visit

It’s small and only got two floors. It doesn’t got everything online in store. I have to go to other place to buy.

Very good customer service, but needs a major update/revamp. It is like walking back into August 1982.

Wonderful customer service from a lovely lady who has worked there for 20 years! She helped the issue I had from carousel and also gave me good conversation while I waited. I’ll be back here from now on.

Range has reduced range since I was there last, staff attentive but not pushy. Products are at the higher end of the quality range and priced accordingly. Teresa was very helpful with my purchases.

One of the premium luxury brands, well appointed store in perth. Must visit if you can spend extra on a luxury

Store great good quality clothes, and everything else they sell, but their prices are just above everybody else this game, I know they have good brands but these days people are not buying for that.they buy for how it looks on them and colour and match up, Prices down more better special weekends and during the week.well that my thoughts

This David Jones in particular needs a really big upgrade/reno. The lifts are not working (I can't believe it still has not been fixed!) The displays are boring, stained carpets, visual merchandises are out of order, not even in proper packaging. Although staff are friendly, they do not seem enthusiastic or professional when customers are around. There is no feel of luxury especially for a DJ store unfortunately.

Absolutely woeful customer service in the Mens shoe department. I knew the size and colour needed, just trying to find someone who wanted to help was impossible. One lady helping a gent already, asked “Ray” to help me but he was more interested in doing something else. Left to go spend money elsewhere

Have been going there for 40 years don’t have a problem with products as they are always good quality, when you can find someone to serve they a are always pleasant and helpful. Am not impressed that they still have not sorted escalator and lift, I have a disabled husband and have had to always go a convoluted way to get up and downstairs. It’s not a good look and has put me off shopping there.

I always find something here. Staff are friendly without being overbearing. Prices are predictably high but worth it for the quality.
