There's nothing better than leaving a store with a happy and content feeling. I love it when I am asked if I can be helped. Today, good customer service was delivered to me. In 2 years my rating hasn't changed, yesterday I bought a garlic press, a new pair of kitchen tongs and an eyeliner.

We were looking for my granddaughters ball dress success! The sales lady was helpful and friendly

Also happen to have our preferred parents room when shopping in Carousel.

Thursday night, my son was in the shop for some clothes for his ball.
The sales representative advised him. Not to buy at David Jones. It's too expensive for him. May be the salesperson didn't noticed the shoes of my son.

We didn't get the shoe size what we needed. But the service they provided was astonished.

The handbag range wasn't as big as i thought it would be but found what we were looking for. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent range of all Short Story products. Beautiful display located near beauty and perfume section. Spoke to two staff members one to ask where in store they were and the other while looking at the candles, both were very friendly/approachable and helpful

I bought some jewelry in the store, when we about to leave, the machine started to beep. I came back and I saw
three staff members running behind us like we are criminals. One white haired Lady looked like a supervisor and she literially did the watch-them-carefully gesture. For me, this is inappropriate and at the same time humiliating for both me and my daughter, she was so scared and to sweat. I hope they take proper action and improve the security because this is ludricous.

Was shopping here with my freind after work looking at body mist and perfumes.
I was smelling perfumes (they have testers, you don't need to spray it to test it) when a lady shot over to us so fast she could be in the Olympics. She asked "do you need any help? " But the way she said it and the way she approached us was like she thought we were going to steal and was so rude. I said I was looking to buy a perfume but didn't require any help. She said ok and then just stood there, really close to me. Her body was turned away but she staierd at me. She was so close to me and didn't look away, she made me feel so uncomfortable. I was commenting on the bottles to my freind but I just couldn't stand being there with this judgemental lady right next to me, not moving, just watching me. I decided to leave. I'm never going here again if I have to deal with staff watching me thinking I'm going to steal. All I wanted was to buy perfume. And I had enough money for it too.

So rude, disraspectful, judgemental and uncalled for.

Next time I'll go to Mecca.

Please tell the lady who in Chanel counter on the afternoon 29/12/2022 at 4: 30pm, she need to learn customer service for her job and not racist.

My psrtner recently bought a hair styler worth over $130. The store did a click and collect without checking the stock level at the other store. David Jones have went and canelled the order as there was no stock, however won't refund us even though we have a receipt. The customer service is terrible - they reply once via email and then never contact again for you to receive your money back.

Staff forgot to remove the security tag from the clothing I bought my elderly parent resulting in a trip back to the shop on a busy Sunday. Nightmare parking. Took up my whole Sunday to drive out there again. Not happy Jan. Other than that, I like DJ:) Good selection, good sales.

Went to carousel david jones the other day, was after an airfryer. The young man that helped me was very helpful and knowledgeable and even helped me put it into my cart. Will definitely be back

I went to the City Chic Department. The assistant was fantastic and was so very helpful. I love my new outfit

Martha in the women’s clothing department (Anthea Crawford section) helped me to find a dress for my son’s wedding. She was so helpful and friendly and she is such an incredible asset to your business. She made my shopping experience so pleasurable!

Not a good experience with such a big brand. Bought a watch from David Jones. Warranty mentioned in invoice stated that warranty to be covered by David Jones. My watch died within warranty period. Now staff says David Jones no longer associated with watch brand and can't cover warranty. Surprise. Sud have fulfilled the original commitment.
