Me and another customer were told to go to 2 different counters 3 different times before someone could be bothered to actually help either of us.

Then the woman at the counter we were told to just stood there counting the till at 5pm (they close at six so i don't know why?) Ignored us for 5 minutes then looked up saying she couldn't serve us and to go back to the other counter.

Then we went back to the the first counter where the first woman said she had 2 more people to serve before she got to us.

I really have never had service this bad in a very long time. There were maybe 4 people tops in the homewears store at the time when we were there around 5pm

Lovely shopping experience, extensive choice of fashion for men and women and good choice of articles for home.

Best service I've had in Australia, especially from the lady working at the Armani wallets area, super helpful and went above and beyond to show me different wallets and deals. Thanks again!

Was too embarrassed to tell the Mac lady I didn't want her foundation yesterday so I put it back.
Came in today, she saw me and got on the phone and suddenly I'm swarmed by 4 make up assistants interrogating me about what I want and telling me that I wasn't allowed to pick my own foundation shade and to come back on Thursday when "the manager would be in" which sounded like a threat. Seems like it's a common practice at this store to harrass customers. Really rude ladies, really damn rude

I honestly don't rate department stores at all! I always find they have no time to help.ever, BUT we went to the ladies fashion and everyone was so helpful and chatty. A special mention to the Zimmerman ladies, there was a younger lady there who was so lovely and helpful, just went out of her way to ensure we got everything we needed, would I go back.yes I would.

Up market. Looking for socks advertised on sale. Got little help from the women's sock section but in men's socks they were very helpful - really good service. Pity the women's section let the side down.

Had the worst experience. I am a frequent shopper at Claremont quarter. I went in to David Jones to browse to pass some time. Once I left, the security lady in front of David Jones, followed me up the escalators to ask to look through my bag. I have never stolen in my life and never will. She had no reason to ask or make me feel less than. Not that it matters but I was dressed in proper and decent attire. Attire usually seen at Claremont. I complied and once checked she went back immediately as I had not stolen anything.

Chris was an amazing help selecting a new suit, definitely a great team member for that department

Surprised by how rude a staff member was in the jewellery department, she stood behind me, no smile and watched me browse for a Mother’s Day present like she thought I was going to take something. In future I will go elsewhere.

Lovely clean displays wonderful customer service at times there is a shortage of staff which makes it difficult to purchase and can leave the customer waiting.

Good service at this establishment of clothing and other wares. I needed a suit and this store had the means for me to acquire said suit. I like my suit. I like this store. This store had the staff that were knowledgeable and able to assist in my acquisition concosely and with genuine intuition.

Huge store with a great variety of cosmetics perfumes and clothing there is also a great variety of other products

I was at this store and one of the employees followed me and a friend around as they assumed we were stealing.

and cheap impossible to buy any thing pity but true
where are all the good brands that used have.at this rate there is only
one end bankruptcy.
