David Jones - Mandurah

Great service there on the day. Asked sales assistant where an item was, they were very helpful.

Bought something for my partner, the girls at the checkout made fun of the sunburn on my hands. Didn't even say anything when I said thank you. They just laughed as I walked off.

I was there the other day and the rude old man serving me was so nasty. I payed for my item and asked him to put it on my membership and he replied with "ITS TOO LATE. "

Looking for perfume. Tried a lot out. Was there for probably 15 mins. Not once was I approached or asked what I am looking for or if I needed assistance. Horrible shop

Not one single staff member in whole store said Hello or offered assistance I walked the entire store and was ignored by ALL staff. I'd give this store 0 starts and the service negative 5 star. I'll never shop at any David Jones store again.

Extremely bad service just left at 1: 29 24/1/ at the MAC session was waiting for ages no body came to help once we finally asked for help we were completely ignored and left without buying anything.

Only wanted shoe department in Mandurah and virtual assistant kept insisting on what brand, then put on hold for over 5 minutes waiting for somebody else to redirect me.
No wonder David Jones's sales are falling off.
Never got put through.

A small store, but just means you don't have to go to the city or a metro shopping, when it's right here in Mandurah

A big thank you to Tayla Jackson and Samuel Farrano at the Mandurah store. They helped to sort out a problem with a stolen gift card. They were both helpful and resourceful in solving the problem and I’m very grateful.

Came in today to buy some bedding stuff.pillows and blankets. Staff were super helpful and attentive. Polite. Good customer service.

Can't speak much for the rest of the store, bought a coffee machine a year ago and the experience was average HOWEVER

Gabbs (sorry if I typed it wrong!) was extremely helpful in the Politix clothing section, helping me pick out a suit and accessories, bouncing ideas back and forth and ultimately picking out a great combination of pieces. Was not expecting picking out a suit to be such a positive experience.

Unfortunately due to border cancellations, I couldn't wear it for the event I was purchasing it for, but I'm keeping it and definitely going to wear it for something else.

The customer service here is DISGRACEFUL! Every single time I shop at this store I’m completely ignored by staff members who are to busy chatting with one another to help me and when I finally do get their attention I’m spoken down to as if I’m not good enough to be shopping at David Jones. Maybe the girls on the counter should spend less time chatting and fixing their makeup and spend more time on helping paying customers. If it wasn’t for the lovely staff member Elaine who was super apologetic about making us wait I would of walked out of there and made my way to the nearest Myers store. Get it together David Jones!

2 stars goes to the young girl at the womans sports wear counter who was very lovely. My daughter stood with her mother waiting for an opportunity to buy her favourite shoes which had been reduced. That dept person assited another customer which was fine but two other woman came to the shoe counter and began to move and dust and banter ignoring my teen. She stood there while you dusted the shelf so her mother went to the next counter. The young girl then said these woman could have served her as they casually walked past them chatting. Meanwhile the shoe assistant continued to banter about life experiences to the endearing male customer for a good 10 mins. People its nearing 2022. You are not Gok! We are Black white blue green and orange. You walk around looking like youve attended a wake with your noses in the air. Grow up! Treat people with respect. Im disappointed. Merry Xmas.u just spoiled it for the rest of yr staff and my daughter.

Loved the garlic smoked cherry and prawn merignues! They even gave us a free side of fried pickle juice! Very delicious, 100% recommend!

David Jones quite possibly has the worse customer service I have experienced. Their delivery drivers deliver to the wrong address or not at all and just send the parcel back. When contacting their customer service it takes weeks for them to respond to you. I wouldn’t bother shopping online with them. They will most likely mess up your order and then never contact you about sorting it out.
