Amazing Italian food & coffee. Best hazelnut gelato I have ever had in my life & the homemade desserts are to die for (especially if they have custard in them!) The atmosphere is welcoming & friendly.
Do yourself a favour, skip all the big chains like Dome next door & support a small local business that is obviously passionate about making traditional Italian comfort food & great coffee.

Flew over from QLD and stopped here for food before checking into the hotel a few days ago, very nice location but the food was average. My ice cream was stringy somehow, and the crust pizza was quite a challenge to get through. Had a nice atmosphere but I'm unsure if I would return.

I find myself at Dat's Amore every weekend, and just can't help but have the hazelnut gelato all the time. It's hard to put my finger on exactly why it is so incredible, but for me it's the perfect combination of texture, flavour and restraint that keeps me ordering it again and again.

I'm still working my way through the pastries, haven't had a disappointing one yet - they are clearly home made, and the pastry is consistently exceptional. I do enjoy making desserts and sweets at home, but when I taste the Dats Amore ones, I recognise the inferiority of my own pastry! Their coffees are good and my husband loves their pizza and pasta too. Finally a little neighbourhood restaurant that's not a chain in Mullaloo!

Excellent Italian comfort food, coffee, sweets & gelati everyday at the beach (ATB). $8-$16 Average price for pizza slice, gnocchi, lasagne $20-$25 pizza take away & eat in/out on Oceanside Prom.will make 2 order (eg no cheese) sometimes. Take the fam & exercise & swim. Enjoy the reward food at DAT'S Amore then go & lay in the park & enjoy the view. GOOD.

It was wonderful to meet this Italian couple. We are food lovers and we really enjoyed to see how much they care about quality of their food. They really love what they are doing and they love to share their passion. My boys fell in love with their crispy pizza and I can highly recommend their cheesecakes.
We ate there twice (we didn’t have more time because of leaving back to Singapore) and it was absolutely delicious! Thanks a lot!

Hand made cannoli and sfogliatelle, along with a great tasting coffee are just the start of what makes this place amazing. Sensational service from a team that clearly put a lot of love into what they do make this place a great spot for a quick pick me up or grabbing a pizza to enjoy on the coast.

Grabbed a coffee and fresh cheese cake from here. Nice coffee and it was the best cheese cake I'd had in ages. My son loved their choc chip ice cream too. I think this is one of my new favorite cafes

Excellent food. Amazing pasta, pizza and dessert. I even dropped my pizza and the amazing chef made me another one for free. Great service and food.

As good as my mum used to make, the supplies and gnocchi, (could've had a bit more sauce, but that's the only fault) delicious!

5 stars, so far. We just discovered this little spot this afternoon. Cracked a Colomba and tried the Pane di Casa. We loved both! We've only tried store bought Colomba before. They make both the bread and Colomba in store, and you can tell. We can't wait to try more goodies. Grazie e ci vediamo presto x

With the reviews being 5 star, I thought it would be OK. I was sadly disappointed. The pasta was oily, barely had any actual sauce and it was overcooked. The pizza was OK I guess. Definitely not 5 star worthy. I don't generally bother reviewing but the. Current reviews don't reflect my personal experience.

I was just looking for an ice cream for my grandsons and noticed this place had gelato. Never having been in there before I was thrilled at the stuff on offer and ended up buying a delicious mille feuille with crème patissiere and chocolate chips inside. To die for! And good value too. Will definitely be back

Fantastic Italian food in Mullaloo. Straight across the road from the surf club and park. So convenient to grab gelato, pizza, even fresh made pasta dishes. Thursday did not feel like cooking so grabbed a gnocchi with zucchini to take home for dinner with my wife. Brilliant! Really authentic Italian food made in house by Italians passionate about food and service.
