Dasco Building Group

No idea of the people or the quality of their work but they are too lazy to take his trolley back at Bunnings and left the invoice behind.

I live in the boutique house that Dasco has used a photo of in this Google listing and on their website. I have never encountered so many workmanship faults resulting in insurance claims in all my life. There have been three insurance claims for three separate roof leaks, a significant loss insurance claim for the balcony and another claim for a pool & spa leak. The tradespeople used on this building, most notably the roofing and tiling companies, were some of WA's shonkiest trades. For example, there was never a waterproofing membrane beneath the balcony tiling, meaning that the tiles and grout constantly cracked, and water poured into the alfresco. It will cost me $15,000 to make good which is not covered by insurance. The roof also cost over $8,000 to make good. When I have contacted Dasco directly, they were only argumentative and immediately attempted to lean on the builder's expired warranty, even when the house was only six years old. Buyers/builders, beware!

They always respond to any problems even after so many years and their maintenance guys from Paulo painting are great too. We always boast about you guys when anyone asks us about our builder. Keep up the good work. Bless you.

Dasco have previously completed our build in Karrinyup, I'm very happy with the end result and I couldn't recommend them enough! I thoroughly enjoyed the entire building process. One day if we out grow our house I'd love to build with them again!

They are currently building next door to my property and they have used professional contractors and have been very good to deal with.

Any builder can build to plan, but only remarkable builders can add value and propose changes that enhance the appeal and functionality of your home, work with you as a team and provide fantastic customer service and post-handover support. Damien was very patient, friendly and so easy to deal with. Checking on the house on a daily basis allowed me to meet and talk to all his contractors. I’m not exaggerating but all the contractors respect Damien and his work ethics/professionalism, hence most of them have been with him for years. This comes in handy as they’re there for him when he needs them in a short notice. Further, most of the builders take forever to fix anything post-handover. Not Dasco, they’ve addressed any issues I had in a timely manner.

Dasco took over my building project when the previous builder turned turtle. Dasco was awesome, very professional, good communication. They ensured the project rolled forwards at a good pace from the very beginning. The house was completed efficiently, on schedule, and looks great!

I had an exceptional experience using Dasco Building Group - from creating a tailored Plan/Layout, Pre-start, Variations and Practical Completion. The team at Dasco walked me through the entire process from start to finish and assisted with any questions along the way, as a first time home builder this was very reassuring and appreciated. I am very happy with the completed product - the workmanship was good and my home looks absolutely beautiful. Cannot recommend Dasco Building Group enough!

As ours was a custom design home, we had so many idea’s we wanted to incorporate. The expertise and advice given to us from the start of the project regarding style, practicality/ function, and achieving our goals with our budget in mind was key to getting the outcome we wanted.
Through every stage of the process and dealing with various members of the team right through to the director we felt we were being looked after. We were really happy with the trade teams and the effort they made to help and accommodate our requirements.

Dasco built a two storey town house on mayor road in Munster for myself, the build went smoothly from start to finish and all the staff and trades were very helpful in order to get the house done on time.

We built a 2 unit development through dasco, had no problems throughout the whole building experience from the site works to completion, the service was great and the completion was on time. All trades had great workmanship and were always willing to help and we will build with damien again in the near future.

Poor service, left poorly plastered wall in bathroom. Wouldn't repair cracks noted via email but did sand down door frames which weren't sealed correctly
