Overcharged when I had a firm quote. I will never go back. We are pensioners and this was unconscionable. Makes them appear to care more about money than the animals they treat.

Ran over our dog. Surgery was needed for two legs (likely amputation due to limited funds costing around $10,000). Found and called this amazing vet, who saw us that day, stayed back hours into the night to operate, clean, stitch, and splint 2 fractures. Cost less then $3000, & saved both legs. Back leg had tendons exposed, damaged and full of dirt, that needed to be kept sterile. Anywhere else would have amputated. Liz did her best and gave it a shot.
Katooie is as good as new, racing around as much as ever.
Most kind, honest, vet and staff I have ever met. Straight answers and very knowledgeable. Best decision I ever made.

The reception and vet care was good but I wouldn't go there if your on a low income there is no payment plans unless you get vetpay and they will not give your animal until you pay it.
I will never be going back to youse ever again!

Dropped in on our way to Perth, no appointment. They saw us (and Missy) straight away, called in an additional vet and operated that afternoon. Lovely people. Very caring and professional. (Don't be fools like us though; call beforehand).
