And the girls that work here are gorgeous! Strongly recommend you swing past for a large cappuccino with 2 sugars

Only a little place but the staff were knowledgeable about their coffee, and the one they made me was amazing, and their coffee beans make for great coffee at home, if you love your coffee, definitely drop in.

I ATTENDED YOUR PREMISES WITH ENTHUSIASM OF SEEING A REAL COFFEE ROASTERS AND PERHAPS LEARN WHAT IT IS YOU DO.
DISSAPOINTING TO SAY THE LEAST, I WAS MET AT THE COUNTER BY DAN WHO DID THE EXCHANGE WITH AS MUCH CUSTOMER SERVICE AS A MUSHROOM.
NO EXPLANATION, NO APOLOGY FOR WRONG ORDER AND NOT EVEN AN OFFER OR RECOMMENDATION OF COFFEE BEST SUITED FOR ME OR EVEN ONE TO TRY ON PREMISES FOR MY EFFORTS.
BEAR IN MIND I AM A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER OF YOUR PRODUCT AND ALSO I DID FORK OUT FOR DELIVERY AND NOW IN ATTENDANCE TO ASSIST WITH THE SLIGHT PROBLEM.

Loved our first visit to Dante's today, meeting Domenic, who's passion for his coffee is evident, and tasting several different blends. I bought the Genesis, the crema and layers of flavour was irresistible to me. Hubbie was so impressed when I brought it home, he threw out the blend we had been drinking, and replaced it with Genesis. The aroma is superb!

Horrible customer service. The woman had such a bad attitude! Ordered flat whites which for some reason she put chocolate on, when we said they were wrong she said its just some chocolate sprinkles. Well actually it makes it a totally different coffee. She reluctantly remade them- won't be going back.

Insanely prompt service and friendly to deal with. The blend we get (inferno) is smooth and consistent every time. Top notch.

Ordered a bag of the Organic Decaf on Monday, delivered to my door the next day freshly roasted. Amazing service! Decided to limit my caffeine intake but I was sceptical of decafs. I can confidently say this is easily the best coffee we've ever had! Thank you!

'Genesis' blend is my favourite and taste exactly like the coffee served at a café.

We've tried and tried. The place is just so cold.

Valerie is nice and friendly to a very select few and the owner never acknowledges anyone in the cafe waiting.

We've gone almost every day for months and are treated like an inconvenience.

I popped in the last week before Christmas every day, as upbeat as possible. The staff were chatty to half the customers (didn't charge them for their order, wished them a Merry Christmas and such) and ignored the other half of us. We all stood there shocked feeling like we were a bother.

The last few bags of beans (all the same roast) weren't consistent.

There are FAR more welcoming and friendly cafes in the area.
