Very tidy store and very helpful staff. However they don’t have meatballs and mash, which I came in to buy, they told me they only sell alcohol.

Oh never mind, my bad how silly off me. This is Dan Murphy and not that meat ball place. It’s all good

Great staff, super helpful, no request too much trouble despite being reasonably busy at the checkout. Loyalty members program offers extra savings. Huge range of products available and store well laid out.

Click & collect works perfectly without issues. Make sure you sign up for membership discounts. Great variety of stock available

We are so fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. Great and lovely selection of beers, wines, spirits and premixes. Love this place and will continue to visit.

Staff are awesome, friendly and helpful.prices are very competitive but unfortunately the beer I've purchased here over many years tastes really bad.l will always buy my spirits here but won't buy my beer here any more

This is my local bottle shop and would visit, 2 or 3 times a week. They have all the liquor from the favourites to the obscure. They only reason I didn't give it 5 stars comes down to the staff at the checkout, I copped a vibe as if they were only interested in taking your money and getting paid.

Can’t believe how bad the hours are here, they shut so early, So many cars drove up at 7pm and were totally shocked that they were shut. I was told you have 1 minute to get your purchase, asked why they shut so early and was told because of responsible drinking. SERIOUSLY you open at 9am, I would be more concerned about someone looking for alcohol at 9am than 7pm on a Sunday night.

As always great range of products, very good prices, the staff are out standing, friendly, knowledgeable and always ready to help!

Offered to buy cartons of discounted beers and pick them up later in my car because I was on my motorcycle. Was refused by the manager.

The last two 'within 2 hour delivery' orders I have place never got delivered. I got a refund last time and will be requesting the same again tomorrow when customer services opens.

That's two Friday nights ruined.

If you want a cold beer DONT GO HERE.come on staff/ mangers fill the fridge first up in the morning before you open every time I go here after work usually 430 onwards the beer is always hot and that's no matter which brand i buy.lift ya game

Went into the store this afternoon a guy with glasses and longish hair served me. I made a light-hearted comment about I wish I had of been a member I could’ve gotten this carton for cheaper. Then the guy turns around and says nice try my friend if you gonna try and rort the system you picked the wrong guy. I was literally left speechless with my mouth Agape. Tried to make a complaint by phone and couldn’t get through. This guy needs to be sacked immediately also the customer before me looked uncomfortable about something that he said to her!

Pointed me to where I wanted, easy in, grab some bottles and some was on special, so cheaper too

Been going here for years and never had an issue. Today I was served by a girl with orange hair called Marissa and her customer service is terrible. When I asked if I could get Bond Street cigarettes, I was told no we don’t have that brand. I asked her what do you have and she replied sarcastically with “smokes”. I understand it was busy and she may have been stressed but it was downright unacceptable to behave like that towards a customer asking a simple question. Maybe she could benefit from further training in customer service and how to handle busy periods.

I visited for a click and collect after placing an online order. I parked in the designated click and collect parking, clicked the sms link and my case was delivered within a few minutes. Just make sure you have your ID ready to present.

I assure you there is no need to go anywhere else. The prices are the best and the staff are excellent. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the young guy that went out of his way to help but I reckon it won't be long before he's a manager!
