Huge selection and friendly staff, when I checked out they informed me of a special which actually ended up costing me only $3 more for another 1lt bottle, thanks!

Always have amazing service. The team are great, and I have seen them follow all the RSA laws to a tee, even when being abused by uneducated individuals. Will always shop here when I'm in the area.

Friendly & helpful staff. And worth the extra drive when they are cheaper than liquorland

Disgraceful and judgemental staff. My partner (27) and her mum (47) went in to dans to buy some drinks. Both had ID, both on holidays from NSW with their in date driver’s license and my partner was refused because the license was not enough to prove her age but allowed her mother to buy alcohol due to how old she looked. Enjoy your one star, well deserved.

Went to this bottlo and purchased 7x cartons, when I got to check out sales woman said there's no rewards or discount today bcos not on special! She didn't even offer to check online for price comparison! A woman I spoke to outside says the sales lady looked online and gave this woman a discount on her 2 x cartons even though it was no longer on special! What is the point of having a membership card RIPPED OFF and never return again! Close my membership DAN MURPHY! 28th Nov '22 11.30am so you know the saleswoman working there at this time!
UPDATE. I was just told by a friend that the saleswoman should've checked for price match or done more to offer some sort of reward points etc or even asked for a woolworths card to get at least some rewards! It's called Everyday Rewards for a reason! Apparently not in this store! They always asked for your membership card every other time we been in there! I assumed using MC I would've received something otherwise WHAT IS THE POINT of being a member if you only receive discount when it's only on SPECIAL Prices!

The warehouse of alcohol, always had a big range and selling stuff liquorland or best didn't have in stock

Great range of wine and craftys.

Staff are very friendly but also very busy that’s why this store didn’t get five stars.

The order and pick up service is seem less.

The only big downside to this store is parking. You can never get any at any sort of peak time.

Visit here on a regular basis to get supplies, Jeff is very helpful and always full of information about products. Great to have staff that are enthusiastic about their job and go above and beyond to make your shopping experience a good one!

Disabled parking spot is wide enough for a motor bike. Couldn't get passenger door open enough to get out of the car.
Will not come to this Dan Murphy's again for this reason.

Hands down the best Dans I've been in. The staff are fantastic with a particular shout out to Jeff who does the tastings, helps to expand your horizons and always has everyone having a good laugh

I love this place. The prices are low and the staff are very helpful. I go here for all of my drink preferences.

Great choice of Beer, Wines & Spirits. Cashiers were happy and smiling to ALL customers, which nowadays is very rare.
Had a shopping list, got all that I required.

Nice staff and helpful with excellent knowledge of their range, great selection of drinks and has a nice interior. If there's ever something you can't find on their shelves just ask the staff and generally they will order it in for you:)

Overall a great experience.
Here to do a bit of wedding alcohol shopping with my family.
They are going to search the best prices and before confirming the order will run us though the final figures including cost per carton, bottle etc.

We'll.what can I say? Went in for a carton of cider and $177 later, I'm going home with whiskey recipes to make apple pie and chocolate honeycomb shooters! I was hijacked by Jeff at the tasting table.the rest is history. Ha ha! Do yourself a favor and taste with Jeff! He knows his grog and is the perfect bar tender/salesman you'll meet! Plus he's a down to earth bloke! Cheers Jeff!

So today i went in to grab some beers for a tradie that was working at mine. I wanted a 6 pack which showed i appreciated his work, but didn't want the price tag to follow. So they suggested i Become a Dan Murphy's Member (which is free) and i was able to get beers which normally costs $24 for a 6 pack for half price. BARGAIN. Great customer service, thanks guys
