Dan Murphy's Morley

Being club members we shop at Dan's often. The staff have always been very friendly and very helpful. On my last visit lovely young woman helped me find what I was looking for (a special birthday coming up).
Imagine the shock when going to the check out to be greeted by a surly grumpy rude check out girl. I was stunned as Dan's staff have always been so helpful and friendly. Definitely an exception to the usual service.

If you cant get what you want here then chances are that you wont get it anywhere. The selection is the best in Perth.
I went for a bottle of Gin for a birthday present and was blown away by the selection of bottles of Gin on display there.

Went there this morning based on what they were advertising to find shelves bare. As a member i won't waste my travelling time again.

Spent $400 and the guy couldn't even be bothered putting my wine in a box for me. He was old enough to know better, and I'm old enough to know there's much better service from competitors.

Not like most when asked if a particular wine is in stock- she actually looks for it.

Upon entry, I was barked at by the doorman who demanded to see my ID. He was beyond rude and abrupt, for context I am a young female (but clearly over the age of 18)

I almost decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere ($100+ purchase) but this would’ve only caused myself inconvenience.

Will never shop at Dan Murphy’s again. No way to treat a customer or to behave in general.

Surely, I am over 30 years of age and a multiple/repeat customer. To be asked to leave because I happened to forget to bring a valid ID is VERY humiliating and frustrating. Disappointed.no common sense.

This is plain disgraceful. I ordered some wine, some single malt whisky and 2 sets of 2 wine glasses but only got one set of glasses. Mistakes happen. So I log onto Dan Murphy's website immediately to tell them. They give me a ticket. A few days later I respond to the email which gave me a ticket for my complaint. Nothing. A week later I send another email and log the matter with Paypal. Still no reply. In the end I send 5 email. No reply. I am on facebook and a Dan Murphy ad pops up so I make a comment about my issues and suddenly I get a reply MORE THAN 2 WEEKS later. And what do I get for their pathetic response, my money back for 2 glasses. You would think they might throw in a beer or something. This has put me off ordering online with them.period.

Love this place as I've been buying new different bottles of " dead man's fingers" in different flavours

Had a very bad experience with this store manager was less than helpful with wine I wanted to return

Great selection and the most helpful staff. (Dutch guy big grey beard) I have taken his advice on all the wines I have picked and I am enjoying a malbec he recommended

Hard to find any staff to ask anything if you need assistance. Very limited products on hand compared to most Dans i have visited.

Good for alcohol choice but usually very busy. Always people coming in and out. All alcohol available and in stock. Security is friendly and nice atmosphere no noise and drunks.

Good range staff super vigilant on what doing must get lot theft think other wise not bad staff friendly when engage but and usually ask if need help straight up

Easy friendly lots of products you can use a trolley thank goodness. Good customer service. They are great

Usually always good, the staff on checkout very good. Unfortunately one grumpy man on this day.

I'm like a kid in a candy shop here. Huge range, decent prices and always something new. The only drawback is its always full of other customers, lol.

Guys go out of their way sometimes to help you out. Will search every corner of the store to help you find what you want. Unusual for a big chain but can see the staff dont look at it that way
