Ordered and paid for 500ml Peroni cans online click and collect waited in store 15 minutes to get my order stormed out with beer got to where I was going to find 330 ml stubbies! Try contacting store nearly impossible what a joke

Very disappointed to see our polish Iconic spirit that is 95% alcohol taken off the shelves it's obvious not for drinking but it's used for hundreds of European dessert recipes we use it for cooking now I struggle to make good replacement.
It should still be sold behind counter or special order.

Probably not the fault of Dan Murphys, supply, but had none of the beers I drink. Still a good store to go to.

Midland store carpark is a nightmare, and frequented by dero's scabbing money.

Customer service is nonexistent. No one gets back to you and no consideration for your customers time. The chat option is a total waste of time of my time, don’t get any results. I was told my already late order would be delivered a week ago and it’s still not here. Getting very frustrated with your no follow up policy.

Handy to the centre of Midland parking is good service staff helpful selection a bit limited if your looking for that special gift of wine

Staff we very helpful but store keeps shuffling stock around, sometimes how to find things. Apart from that, great store.

It's a dan Murphy's, great priced alcohol and some very friendly and helpful staff when i couldn't find what i was looking for.

Last visit was a pickup order that was suppose to be chilled (it wasn't) served by someone that seemed to have depression. Last visit before that quite a long time ago now I was approached by the manager and was almost demanded I am not allowed in the store and told me to leave with no explanation when I was with my mother (I was in my early 20s) seemed to have think I was underage didn't see me enter the store and didn't care if the door man seen my ID as he didn't see me enter. Overall was very rude for no reason with no apology.

Ordered online today 9/04/20 at 11am and paid $10 for same day delivery by 5pm. By nearly 7pm, no sign of my delivery, so I call the national number. I'm told the courier cancelled, but they've put the order through again. No communication from the store, mind you. I'm told I'll have my order within 40 minutes. 40 minutes pass, no delivery. I try the phone number again, but it's closed and I can't speak to anybody. No idea if my order is ever going to arrive. No communication from the actual store. No way to contact them. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.
