Dan Murphy's Kwinana

Covert 19 mandates are a pain as they are, let alone what Dan Murphy is requesting! Out of the mandate rules they won’t accept screen shot and proof of ID they have made their own rules which is no screen shots so have to open up myGov, Medicare show the original and then shop ; while at checkout have to repeat! WTF….
Never shop there again …Dan Murphy get with the mandates n rules of WA n stop stopping your law abiding customers from lawfully shopping…

Do yourself a favour if you have a pram don’t go here! Or just in general because it seems staff just judge people on what they look like, You’ll get chased around the shop by security, then you’ll get everything searched at the checkout, all your Christmas shopping everything out on the floor, Especially after spending hundreds in store they still think you’re stealing something. You honestly won’t feel good after leaving this store you’ll feel upset and belittled. Worst experience ever going into a shop this tops it off. I’m still in shock with the way we were treated tonight, To treat people this way is absolutely disgusting, and I feel sorry for others that will experience this, also asking for help from the staff is also useless because they have no idea what they sell and can’t help you with what you are looking for.

I went to purchase the drinks at Kwinana.lots of customers around, I found mobile phone which belong to someone on top of the show box. I suddenly grab it to the the staff.she take it from me with unfriendly face.then I walk back to the same spot.one of the girl looking for her mobile.so I told her I pass to the staff here.then she walk away. I could hear they both talk and she got her mobile phone back.

I still walk for my drink shopper.but in my opinion, I did not hear any one word of 'thank you" from anyone even from staff as I give her the phone or the girl that got her phone back.this is people in 2021.or they might think I'm just an asian, they never care who I am?

Very friendly atmosphere, always & can't believe your range of products. Loved the Scull bottle Vodkas. Bit expensive for me but.

Great service, easy to park. Always had a laugh with the staff when looking for something unusual.

We purchased some wine yesterday 22nd and unfortunately we were charged for 2 casks of coolibah 5lt wine when we only purchased one. Have tried to contact Dan's but no success. Not very happy we will have to make another trip to Kwinana to sort this out.

Yep same thing again. I don't live in Kwinana but have friends there. We were thirsty, & Dan Murphy's was open for business. The rest is history.
But will happen again soon

Great service, stock could be better. Asked for a beer that's on the shelf in Qld, can be ordered in Vic, but not available in WA?

A really good variety of wines and Spirits along with Beer. Would be good to have more European Wines and spirits.

My partner got ID checked 3 times. Either make it standard to check it at the door or at the time of purchase, no reason to heck it at the door, while walking around, and then again at the checkout.

Had a issue with wine bottle with broken seal which I noticed a day later. Fast exchange without any arguing, great customer centric approach!

Security guard at entrance not much of a deterance easily shopped wlth many mid range priced spirits without sec caps
