Dan Murphy's Innaloo reviews
22 Denied my Id was 7 days expired,
They once denied my mates passport as ID,
My dad and younger brother (14) went to dans (he was helping my dad because he had a broken shoulder). Younger brother was pushing the trolley and staffed tried to id a 14 year old with a 60 year old father and were persistent and annoying.
Staff think they are the AFP
Didn’t let me buy alcohol as a 20 year old with valid ID photographed, said they would serve me if i went back to my car and got my ID so i did so and arrived back at 9.00pm on the dot and the server proceeded to tell me he felt me but still refused to serve me as they closed at 9pm.love my life.don’t shop here.
Polite and friendly, nothing OTT to seek out and excellent service. Won't go anywhere else.
Its a bottle shop.its a bottle shop i earn points at. And its a bottle shop. I love bottle shop especially this one, such a selection of soothing fluids tended to by helpful, friendly staff. Bottle shop
Excellent range, compatable to various tastes introducing finest choices, won't suit the guzzlers but will bring true experience of refined art of winemaking.
Knowledgeable and particular to customer service and experience.
Good selection, lots of parking lots, helpful staff. Not much more you can ask for really.
Parking here sucks. But I am like a kid in a candy store once I am inside. They have everything worth a tipple inside
Worst staff i have ever seen, they dont have a stock & still they charged online. Didnt get refund.worst customer service
Update: Can always pick up a bargain and the range is huge. Dan Murphy's has the most comprehensive stock of alcohol. I struggled to find my favourite whiskey liqueur elsewhere until my son recommended them. Became a member and haven't looked back. Staff in whichever store are always friendly and helpful.
Check out Lady was very accommodating, in helping me to become a member, not very good with phone. Thanking her for her patience.
Huge store, ple ty of range, drive through, click and collect and in store shopping too.
Decent opening hours and plenty of parking
Got what I was after must say going in a weekday is by far better than weekends way too busy then, car park is always super busy on Sat it Sun.
The staff here are so friendly and have great product knowledge. Even when you need to find a specific gift like vegan shiraz or peaty whisky they are so helpful and make it really easy.
They have a great range. So many different kinds of each alcoholic beverage and extra things like drinking glasses and gift bags.
Parking can be a pain and getting out of the carpark can really suck depending on the time of day.
They have taken over the old Botannica bottleshop (which was huge) so was looking forward to a Dan Murphy's 'Superstore'. Instead they made it smaller. It's now not even as big as many other Dan Murphy outlets. Very disappointing.
Service was great, prices were ok, but no where near the hoped for range.
I'll be using other Dan Murphy's outlets instead.
Was great when it was Botanica, now Dan Murphys, great selection of beer, wine and spirits. The Manager there is a cool dude and happy to help with selecting something for dinner, a birthday or just a footy game!
Great range and some good members specials. Staff are friendly. Drive through can be a bit congested during peak hours.
Great variety of selection. Done both Online ordering and purchasing at the shop. Both are easy and seamless.
Was helped by Isabelle, great customer service with a smile. Incredibly refreshing to see and she gave some great recommendations for Gin! Great store, car park is a bummer but they can’t really help that.
I had such a helpful staff member today who took the time to explain the differences between Champagnes.
